First, stop telling customers "15 minutes" if that's not realistic. I honestly don't care if the wait is 30, 45, or even 60 minutes because the food is worth it. Just be honest so people can plan accordingly instead of sitting around waiting. Second, fix the pickup process. If orders are repeatedly being stolen, require customers to show a receipt or order confirmation before handing over food. This is such a simple solution, yet the same excuse keeps being used. Every time, all I hear is "We're sorry," but nothing changes. An apology doesn't mean much when the exact same problem keeps happening. I used to recommend this place to everyone because the wings are incredible. Unfortunately, I can't do that anymore. I won't be dining here for the foreseeable future, and I hope the owners see this review because this is a management problem, not a food problem.
