I hadn't been to Buffalo Wild Wings in over 5 years, but the wait was worth it. I decided to sit at…read morethe bar for a solo lunch and to take advantage of their current wing promo: buy 6, 10, or 15 wings and get the same amount FREE when you sign up for their rewards program. The vibe was laid-back with just the right amount of energy, and the real MVP of my visit was my server, April. She was kind, attentive, and super quick -- exactly what you want when you're hungry and short on time. She even whipped up a strawberry margarita that was honestly better than a few I've had at full-blown cocktail bars. (Not pictured, but trust me -- it was GOOD.) My only gripe was not receiving all flats, even though the restaurant charges extra for that option. For some reason, the promo doesn't allow you to request all flats or all drums unless you're paying full price -- which feels a bit off, especially since they already have a system in place to accommodate wing style preferences. A small detail, but one worth noting if you're particular about your wings. All in all, it was a great experience. The wings were crispy and flavorful, the service was excellent. Looks like BWW just made its way back into my rotation.

Came in hoping for a quick meal and waited over 20 minutes to get a drink. We had to request silverware when our cold nachos finally arrived without the guacamole we requested. The nachos were plentiful and not bad - probably would have been pretty good when they were warm. Our waitress was very sweet and apologetic. But overall, what a disaster.

The first mistake, their hours online says they open at 8, after arriving after 8, no one was there. So I called the number and a nice woman told me they open at 9. So I waited to go back up there after 9. So when I went back up there after 9, I saw that they were open and people were in there working. I went to the drive through. Sat at the drive through literally 10 mins. Nobody acknowledged me, ever came to the drive through or nothing. I know that they saw the car as one of the workers kept coming back and forth to the front placing food in a tray. They saw the car through the window. It amazes me as this place had a huge grand opening sign and this is how they are doing business already. Incorrect starting times, lack luster professionalism. I didn't get to try the food as I was never acknowledged or serviced. This place is already starting on the wrong foot. They should really tighten up or they won't be here long.

I was having issues with the card reader, and the lady working the counter allowed me to sort it out with my bank while she got the food ready. If you're in Alexandria, STOP AND SEE BIG MOMMA!

This is the first time that I have ever tried church's chicken and it is amazing. I've always been…read morea Popeyes kinda girl, but after seeing church's family deals I just had to try them out. The breading on their chicken isn't as flaky as most but I enjoyed not having chicken particles shooting off every which way when I bit into a tender. Their biscuits are a little dry but their mashed potatoes make up for that, along with their jalapeño poppers. Their spicy rice has just enough spice for a kick without sending your mouth into the burning pits of hell. $18 for 10 tenders, 2 large sides and four biscuits seems like a decent meal for two. A little pricey if you add large drinks but I'd say it was worth it.

I could understand if I asked for a substitute/replacement, because this might slow them down in some way. Just don't put the meat on and mark the 1 box, that's it. It was frustrating and so unappreciated and I didn't make a big deal of it, because it was free to show their appreciation.

That was it for me. I let the staff know, and instead of showing concern or taking action, they acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. No apology, no urgency--just brushed it off. What makes it worse is that they're closed every Tuesday. With a full day off each week, you'd think they'd use that time to do some real deep cleaning and get the place up to a proper standard. But based on what I saw, that clearly isn't happening. The food might have variety, but when you're dealing with visible pests near the buffet, that's a hard pass. Cleanliness should be non-negotiable--especially when it comes to food service. I won't be going back.
