Before calling to order, I went online to see what they had to offer because I had a Groupon certificate. The person who answered the phone was very rude. He was very annoyed when I asked questions about their ordering policies that were not online. I wanted all flats for my chicken order of twenty-four. There would be a $.55 charge for every 6. I was like That's fine. Then I asked what flavors they had, since it didn't say on their website. I said two flavors and asked for the total. A total that I had already calculated myself. It was almost $10 more than what the 24 pieces would have cost. So I asked why that much? He said it was because I ordered two flavors, so they charged for two orders of 12 each. This time, we went back to our roots ordering our staple sauces & BAM, back to the bold flavors we know and love. MASSIVE wings, with a perfect crispy coating- ordering just 6 wings was a full meal because they were packed with moist juicy meat. The tandoori had the zesty buttery kick, the orange was just sweet enough with a bold tanginess, and the southern fried had a flaky to perfection outer coating. The sub not so much. This is the second sub I've ordered from them, both time the subs were underwhelming. Their jumbo party wing drumsticks are the size of KFC chicken drumsticks. Mango habanero was delicious - had a nice kick. Delicious! Really good crust. The right amount of chew and herbs brushed around the edges. It's a little on the light side, but maybe I just prefer a crispier crust? Toppings so far are pepperoni, sausage, and fresh mushrooms. I'm not a pepperoni fan, but theirs is really good. Thinking of turning my back on sausage now... The sauce is a nice change. Came in to recieve my order for pickup and no one had on gloves when handling food or placing orders into bags. No one had face masks on, although it was required to get in. Get your food from somewhere else. They are also extremely rude and confrontational. The wings I ordered were burnt and dry. I had to return them and ask for a refund. The bread was soggy like literally mushy and just inedible. So, my boyfriend called the restaurant and complained but the caller is telling him that what he ordered caused the bread to be soggy. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! By far one of the worst wing spot I have ever been to! Called for a take-out and the guy on the phone was pretty rude. It took 25 about minutes from order to pick-up which was fine. But the worst experience was actually the food which was really sad considering this place is named "Wings & Things". We got the atomic (mild-hot), garlic Parm, and the thermo wings (hottest). The wings were soggy and flavorless. Yes, they were big but tasteless. The thermo, which is suppose to be the spiciest, was the most bland wings I had ever tasted. The fries were either too soggy or too fried. I think we received a total of 15 fries given how small the portion was. Overall, it seems this place needs to retrain their staff and revamp their menu as well as their recipes. read more

The delivery guy got lost and couldn't find my apartment, but that wasn't the problem. He was nice and apologetic. The problem was my food was straight up cold. Our delivery was not delayed enough for that to have been the cause, but rather it was sent out less than fresh, after the order was delayed because they needed more time. More time should mean fresh food. I paid $14 for a meal that should have filled me up, but left me hungry and unable to finish due to it being cold and soggy. I was working doing security for a hotel and I ordered 12 boneless wings the guy told me it would be 30 minutes which was fine. Well it took the a hour and 15 minutes to bring my food and the guy said "what no tip" I then said "here's a tip when you say 30 minutes to deliver do be over a hour bringing the person's food". I went to eat the wings and they were cold and cooked hard, I called the store and the person said there was nothing to be done and they not switching the food because they close in 20 minutes. If this place had a no star spot that's what I would give it....I went there this time. Filthy.....I am.surprised the health department has not shut them down!!! The lady that did delivery had her kids there and one was a baby in a car seat on the filthy floor. The drink cases are nasty and the tip jar was even disgusting.... They are just plain nasty.
