Took forever to get some even though it was hardly busy. Beer tasted flat lemonade was good. Fried mushrooms were the best really excited they carry those. The pretzels were cold really needed more cheese served with or needed to add whole-grain mustard with it ordered mac & cheese bites, but never got them ordered. The slider appetizer tasted worse than cafeteria food. The pork was Dow tasted like liquid smoke. The chicken was dry and had no flavor, and you can clearly tell by the picture. The hamburger slider was clearly extremely processed. The buns weren't even toasted. The wings had an off taste about them as well and not a lot of sauce either. Stopped for dinner tonight. Ordered nachos and burger + fries, and some other menu items. The beef tasted WRONG. Let the server know tasted terrible and we couldn't bother eating it. Waitress said she had to talk to her manager about doing anything for us. Didn't offer to get anything else. After sitting waiting 20+ to get check and then more time for manager to even decide "what willing to do for us", we finally left $50 for a $59 bill. Waitress came finally saying best they could do is a 10% discount. We argued that's BS, and then manager FINALLY came out of office and said if we don't pay the full bill then the waitress has to pay the difference. Parking lot is empty. Food sucks. After a long week I thought I would stop by and try this new place in town. New since the last time I was here 5 plus years ago. Went into the bar area for the best service and the bartender was "Great"! I had a taste for loaded nachos and I ordered their large version with beef for nearly $10.00. They arrived quickly and after a few bites I realized why they came out so quick. There was maybe a couple of bites where the cheese was hot and a couple of bites of Jalapeño peppers. I my advise is don't waste your time ordering them. I usually really like this place. The food is very good although the table seats are a bit uncomfortable and the noise level too much sometimes. A booth is your best bet. But, tonight I stopped by on my way home from a late meeting in another county and I was very hungry. It was 9:45, the door says that they close at 10:00. There were people inside eating and the bar seemed busy. I stepped inside and told the host that I wanted to place an order to go. He told me that the kitchen was closed. I was a bit taken back and replied, " I thought that you were open until 10" to which he said, "yeah, but they shut down the kitchen at 9:45". The menu is very small, the pepperoni rolls oozed "maybe we shouldn't eat these" amounts of grease, our pizza was fine (we agreed to stick to Domino's next time), but the (presumed?) owner of the place is bizarre and an overall disconcerting presence in his own restaurant. First he had a bit of a shouting match with his kitchen staff aloud in front of both my party and the couple at the table next to us, as they have an open kitchen. After that he called together his waitstaff and told them to go outside and find something to clean, leaving ourselves and the other couple without servers for a while. A few minutes after we received our pizza he came over to ask us how our food was, noticed I was low on my drink, and then asked if our server was "the little mixed girl" before embarrassingly, assertively motioning her over to take care of us even though she had already made eye contact with me and was waiting for him to leave before coming over, which made us feel awful for her considering how kind and helpful she was in spite of him lording over her and the rest of the staff. Then after that he walked towards the front of the restaurant to have a particularly loud conversation with someone who seemed to be sitting down waiting for something (take-out, maybe?) about sports. As we got up to leave the hostesses didn't acknowledge us even as we said our goodbyes and good afternoons to them, though I wouldn't be in a talkative mood either if my boss had sent me outside to pick trash out of the gravel parking lot just because it was something to do. I really don't think I'll go back, there's no reason to do so as far as I can tell, especially if going back means interacting with him again. read more

My family and I ate here on a Saturday night. I'm just going to throw it all out there. The food was decent, but the service was terrible. There was about a twenty-five minute wait for seats, which was fine considering it was a Saturday in a little lake town during the summer. However, once we got seated, it took another twenty minutes to get our drinks and then another twenty minutes for the server to come back and take our food order. The food took forever to come out, which would have been forgiven since it was so busy if they hadn't messed up, not only our orders, but also the orders at the table of ten next to us who had been there longer than we had. When the manager came around to ask how we were, my dad told her the food is good, but the service sucked. She just kind of blew him off and moved on to the table full of hangry people. We definitely expected better out of a new-ish restaurant. It's hard to take a restaurant seriously when the staff is mainly teenagers who don't know what they're doing and a manager who doesn't know what she's doing or just doesn't really care. The food is decent, but it's not any better than you get at any other wing or pizza place. I don't usually write a bad review about a business if I've only been there once. I generally like to give second chances, but I'm not sure I will give Wings Pizza N Things a second chance unless my family just really wants to. Overall, not impressed. read more

I went on opening night, so I will not comment on the SNAFUs as far as service goes. I will say the pizza was the best in town. I've been told the crust is made fresh everyday. We also tried the wings. The wings are also the best in town. They were fried crisp. I will say the place is pricey for a wings and pizza joint-more so on the wings side. We were told they were jumbo. If you have ever had jumbo wings from Roosters or any other place that sells jumbo wings, then you will know these are not jumbo wings but jumbo prices. (This rating will only make sense if you read to the end.) Tonight, we placed a call in order that cost almost $70. When we got home about 20 min later after picking it up, it was missing $40+ worth of our food! We didn't check immediately like we usually do because they handed us a huge bag with what seemed like several to go boxes and our pizza so we felt it was right, also we were tired from being at the lake all afternoon and wanted to get home and eat. I called them right away about the missing food, was able to speak with a manager and after about 20 min of being on the phone with her so she could look through their system to find our ticket, not only did she refund the missing food amount which is all I wanted and asked for, but she refunded the entire ticket. We realized this when we checked our bank account online. That's awesome customer service. The manager I spoke with was super helpful. I do recommend them because their pizza is fabulous and if they happen to mess up they will go out of their way to make it right. This should be a common expectation at every restaurant but nowadays that's not always the case. Give them a try and definitely get their pizza! read more

Walked in was seated promptly, but theirs where it goes downhill. After waiting 5 mins the host had to get our drinks, never seen our waitress the whole 20 mins we where their. After waiting another 10 mins we had other people set right beside us and their waitress was theirs within a few seconds and they were ordering drinks and their food, at this point it was about 20 mins into and we just decided to walk out, I shouldn't have to hunt a waitress down to order my food or get service. Very disappointed. We came here because a friend recommended it. It was 5pm on a Sat nite, not very busy, walked in agot seated quickly, and then we just sat there! Studied the menu (nothing else to do) 5minutes goes by. Looked at each other and laughed about the service thinking "should I just get my own drink?) as three different waitresses walked by. Ordered take out for vacation,so we weren't sure what to expect. The gentleman who took my phone order was very personable and offered add ons we might like. His description of one of the hot wing flavors actually made me laugh out loud. In the end we ordered two thin crust pizzas, garlic Parmesan wings and the cinnamon doughnuts. Let me start by saying we're from NY and pretty picky with our pizza. We all agreed the pizza wasn't NY pizza but we still finished both of them. Today I visited here along with my twin sister, for our second time! It was a quite nice experience, with our server at least! DeShawn was very busy but very attentive, I felt like he was being over-worked, but he kept a smile through the entire visit! Good job DeShawn! On the other hand, we ordered a pepperoni rolls appetizer, and our entree as well! Our entree came out and still no appetizer! I love this place and love that we have this in our growing small town. It offers a family friendly sports restaurant environment with pretty good food. The wings are great and so is the pizza. My husband and I frequently go here. There are large TV's everywhere too, so it makes viewing a game the coolest place to be in town. read more

Went Sunday stood at the door for almost 20 mins they never did seat us so we walked out this is not the only time this has happened this place is a joke if they want to stay in business thru need to learn how to run a restaurant very unprofessional. Absolute worst service. Let's start with my husbands birthday- We went in with a decent sized party- spent a ton of money. About half way through getting our orders (not everyone even had food yet) two servers kept coming up to us trying to rush us out because a girl that works there most days... was having a birthday and they wanted that table.. keep in mind-- we still haven't even received our order! They were extremely rude and kept staring at us. At one point a server came up and took up someone's plate as they were eating. We said something about it and they just said sorry. That's it. Fast forward- we ordered online: estimated wait time was 25-35 mins. My husband waited almost 1.5hrs! One lady came up not one, not two.. but three times asking what he ordered- saying it will be out soon after he answered. After about an hour someone came up to him saying they never received the order and they don't know what to tell him. I had an order number, estimated wait time, and money was coming out of checking already. They told him multiple times that they had it in the oven and should be out any time; all while they never had the order and kept giving him the run around. After calling and expressing my frustration three times; they said they'd give us a couple pepperoni pizzas for free (not what we ordered.. but whatever, sure). Got the pizzas home and it looked like someone's order.. not just fresh made pepperoni pizzas. One was loaded with peppers and mushrooms (we was feeding a bunch of kids all under 5) and the other WAS pepperoni and I kid you not... barely cooked- undercooked dough. This was only two counts of the many frustrations I've had with this place. The only reason we got this place the most recent time was our guests wanted wings; even after expressing my distaste for the facility... let's just say now they understand. read more

She should have written down our order because the burger that one of us ordered was supposed to be without mayo and pickles but it arrived with pickles. I recently visited this establishment. The food is pretty good and some of the employees are wonderful....butnthe bartneder Julie, was not. The bar is open to the outside, so we sat down to eat, ordered 2 drinks. The guy from the bar came over and said that if we were to smoke, to turn around and try to blow it so that it doesn't go into the bar. Fine, we don't want to bother anyone with second hand smoke, but weren't too awful concerned because again open air and they only had 2 other customers. The waitress even brought us an ashtray. Suddenly Julie approaches and says we can't smoke there peruod, that they had received a complaint. I asked who because there was only 2 people in there? I felt that she was making it up and was being very rude. She immediately got mad and said we needed to leave. I told her that i had just ordered my drink and that i was going to finish it or at least get my money back. She then tried to yank my drink out of my hand and made sure to spill it all over me. Then she threatened to call the police, though we had bot done anything wrong nor had we even raised our voices. We walked to our car, but because i had drank one drink, i felt uncomfortable driving with the police potentially coming, so i was calling to get a ride. She then yelled that the police were on their way, as Im trying to do this making a scene and it was so humiliating... eventually i called and spoke to management and she said they reviewed the surveillance, and never seen that we were out of line and that the girl seemed apologetic, but yet I never received an apology from this employee. The manager offered a free drink the next time i was in, but this has made me want to never return here. Just be aware that they're totally fine with keeping employees who explode with rage at their customers. read more

We went there on the 22nd of February for my sisters birthday party. We made a reservation several hours in advance for a party of 13. The party was for a surprise birthday dinner. We had a reservation for 7 pm, we arrive at 6:45 on the dot...when I approached the hostess stand the boy there said "reservation for 13?" then he proceeded to walk back and get his manager. The manager came back and she said "I'm sorry, I had to give your table away because we got busy." So my question to her if she reads this is, what's the point of a reservation if you're just gonna give our table away? It's not like we were late. We were 15 minutes early. We had to wait an additional 30 minutes for a table...she never once apologized or anything. Lucky for her....her poor management was unnoticed because the service was so great! I'm not sure of the servers name but she deserves a raise. Food was also amazing! I just feel bad that the manager was very unprofessional....if you plan on eating here, don't make a reservation. read more

Went here at about 8PM on a Sunday with two friends. First off, our waitress comes over and gives us unpleasant town let alone have the ability to answer our questions about the menu. This girl genuinely did not want to be there. We were the only people in the place for about a 20 minute period and at that time I tried to ask our server what they had rotating on tap. She informed me in a very rude tone that there is a list right there and pointed to it. I then pointed to the "ask your sever for seasonal rotating tap. I asked for a sample and she took my I.D. for 10 minutes (not kidding) and had 3-4 servers look at it. I am 23 years old and have never owned a fake in my life. After this, my buddy ordered a salad and by this time pizza was already out and she brings out my buddies SALAD after we're done with the pizza. Won't be going back here again. I'd advise people to avoid this place due to terrible customer service and lack of respect for others. read more
