Usually, the food is fresh. It is made well. Here recently, I've had some issues with getting the extra chicken or having them leave out tomatoes and avocado. I'm allergic. And not miss other ingredients, like tortilla strips or the extra grilled chicken. I don't know why they think a small ranch is gonna cover a big salad. It does not. It never has, it never will. So I always purchase a large or medium and then wind up getting a small. It's like, really? I purchased extra to have extra, not to have to use my extra to make up for what you didn't give me. But it is probably my favorite dish that they make, and when it's done right, it is off the hook, period. They are friendly, and outside of the manager arguing with me because he made the salad and I knew what wasn't in the salad, and having to reach out to the main branch a few times just because it's a salad. It's not hard. But I understand that Campbellsville has a lot going on for a small city, but being from Dallas, I'm just used to different customer service. And certain types of management within this industry, period. I've never dined inside, but I always see people coming out happy. It's always full, and the business is booming, period. I just want my chicken salad, and I'm a happy girl. Keep doing it right, and I'll be happy. I know it seems warm and inviting. A great place to grab a drink and a bite for a memory or a game.
