Checked out Wings Over USA in Heath for a casual bite and had a great experience. We ordered the bone-in wings and a flatbread - both were tasty and hit the spot. We got Parmesan garlic, lemon pepper, and spicy Hawaiian - all were flavorful but I wouldn't order the spicy Hawaiian again (that's just my preference - still good though). I really appreciated that the wings came with the classic celery and carrot sticks on the side. The service was good. Our server was attentive and friendly throughout the meal. Updated tried the loaded nachos with chicken on request. We're ok th pico was mostly onions and jalapeños. The burger would have been great if it were freshly cooked. We waited like it was so was excited about it. Nope precooked burger candied bacon was OK bun was great and the fries were held in a heat lamp too long. Dry and not crisp. Server was good. Make sure to check the CO2 for the fountain machine our Pepsi was flat, but I didn't say until the end. read more

The Rockwall location is sooo dirty. The last and final time that we were there, we left because the cook was saucing wings with a LOLLIPOP SUCKER in her mouth. And yes, she was pulling the sucker out of her mouth and putting it back in. In the midst of saucing wings. People can be soooo nasty and not understand that they can pass on illness and diseases this way! If this helps, this was a few months back, she was a fare skinned woman with black/dark hair. Overall the restaurant was FILTHY so we were leaving regardless w/o ordering. We were excited to try this place, but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. It seemed like forever before anyone even acknowledged us. Because service was so slow, we ended up ordering everything at once, including the chips and queso as our appetizer. I had a clear view of the kitchen, and I could see our appetizer sitting under the heat lamp for several minutes after it was ready. About five minutes later, they finally brought it out--at the same time as our entrées. That completely defeated the purpose of ordering an appetizer. I ordered the 10-piece bone-in wings (and was surprised you have to pay extra for fries), while my brother ordered the Frisco Patty Melt. The garlic Parmesan wings were a huge letdown--they tasted more like oil than garlic Parmesan. The lemon pepper wings were just okay, but they weren't crispy enough and seemed like they needed to be cooked a little longer.My brother's burger was overcooked and completely unseasoned. The only thing he enjoyed about it was the grilled onions. The fries tasted like frozen fries you can buy at any grocery store.What was even more concerning was what I observed while watching the kitchen. The staff could really use additional training on cleanliness and food handling. I saw employees working at the kitchen window touching food, then touching other surfaces and interacting with coworkers while wearing the same pair of gloves without changing them. Watching that made me question the restaurant's food safety practices. We spent around $70, and for that price, we expected much better food, service, and attention to cleanliness. Despite our server working very hard, our food took an extended amount of time to be served, my fork was not clean, and at the end of the meal, the payment tablet had glitching problems. I just wanted to update my review. This weekend every single food item and drinks were on point. The chicken wings and grilled chicken pastas were cooked perfectly. The service and food where great! They have tvs all around so you will very likely be able to watch a game that you are interested in. The only thing I would not recommend would be to make your drink a "double". We thought it would have more liquor or even perhaps be a little bigger but nope! I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience at Wings Over Heath was frustrating enough that I feel people should know what they're walking into. The wings themselves were mediocre, but what really pushed this into "never again" territory was the management. They came across as poorly organized, inattentive, and not thoughtful at all when it came to customer concerns. It felt like nobody was really in charge or interested in fixing obvious issues, and the overall atmosphere showed it. Had high hopes for this place... got boneless wings and they legit looked like McDonald's chicken nuggets tossed in wing sauce. Everything was very oily too, the sauce was separated from the oil and my wings were sitting in a pile of oil. I came in when it was starting to get busy & first noticed the manager texting on her phone "so unprofessional" especially at lunchtime.. she should've been directing the young employees that i can only assume are training; on what they should be doing because they looked LOST! We were saved from standing by a server who wasn't OUR SERVER who ask if I'd been helped, she went ahead seated us & got our drinks. FINALLY after 17 mins my server came to take your order. Next time we will ask for the young woman that took the initiative to take our drinks to be our server ourselves. her name is Peighton so if you're looking for good service here come in & ask if Peighton is available to have as your server, my elderly mother really loves their food & refuses to go anywhere else so we will definitely be going in & asking for Peighton every time & if you want good service, I suggest you do the same because even after we got our server, it was horrible service read more

We ate here for the first time last night and although our server tried very hard, she might have been the only one. The good; the wings were good! The not so good; we were told we were only allowed TEN flat wings at our table between 4 of us. We were told it was "company policy" which seems crazy to me. Of getting flats is an issue, up charge for them but only allowing 10 people table regardless of table size is nuts. Second, we had a piece of plastic in our food. Typically, if somethibg like this happens we are pretty laid back about it. Coming from the restaurant industry we understand that sometimes things happen BUT when the bill came the manager did not comp the meal with the plastic in it, which remained untouched once the plastic was discovered, instead she gave me 50% off my appetizer. Horrible service Came here for a beer and a quick bite between games. The patio has a good vibe and the game/tvs outside are nice. Fan were nice and really push the air around on a hot day, which is a perk! The bar overlooks the patio so both sides of the bar are serviced by the same bartender. Convenient and nice. Barstools also on both sides. The place was not packed at all and we rarely got service on the patio. When we did get help, the waitress was very sweet and kind but not sure why she never came out to ask us for our order or check on us. Every time we needed beers or to order, I had to go inside and wait. We ordered 1 burger and was told it would be 10-15 min. It took almost 40 min and it was not good. 3 different times, I walked into check in our food and there were 4 wait staff standing by the food window waiting for their orders. Not sure why there was that many staff (plus bartender) when it was close to empty anyway. The prices are also high. I wouldn't mind spending a lot or paying higher prices since there isn't much aground there but not when the food isn't good and the service is bad/sloooow. Would possibly go back again if we are in the area, just to give them another shot. read more

Honestly I'd rather go to Wingstop. Even tho the menu say's "house made" cheese logs I seriously question the house made part. The wings were below average. The dry seasoning seems to just be sprinkled on top. The fries were hot but not crispy. Our server was nice and apologized several times of the slow service. When you have a new restaurant you should always over staff for the first month. We were there about an hour before we received our lunch. The biggest thing that need to be addressed by management are the booths! The booths are not secure they slide and it's really a safety concern in my opinion. With wings in the name they better be good, and they are! I ventured up to medium heat flavors and it wasn't too hot. Big pieces and nice'n crunchy. Bartender needs some lessons in time management and customer service skills. We went on a Wednesday night, sat at the bar and had atrocious service. We gave our drink orders and were ready to order food at the same time but were told she'd get to us in a minute. After ten minutes of waiting, she finally took our food order. I had an empty beer when the food came out, ordered another one and didn't get acknowledged until after finishing my meal. Finally just asked for a water instead and got met with a nasty look. I was thirsty! From not having a drink or food at the same time. Wings were tasty but I bet I could get better service from a troll under a bridge somewhere. Don't be fooled by the name. Yes, the wings (either bone in or boneless) are excellent with many sauce and seasoning options, but most of the other items on the menu are excellent as well (especially the tacos). We always sit at the bar so good service but they also have a great outdoor patio with video games, shuffleboard, air hockey, pop a shot etc. very nice for evenings when it's not so hot out. We have been loyal customers since the opening...at least once per week. We order wing "flats" and are willing to pay extra for them. Now we're told you can only have a max of 10 flats per table. I don't know if I've heard anything more ridiculous. We ask for flats and we pay extra for them! This place is very nice and I'd recommend coming here especially if you have kids. There's a porch with games that is great for the kids. And if your not a wing person they have more options like Hot dogs, burgers and chicken sandwiches. The waiters are good and never forget ANYTHING.
