I ordered 7 traditional in the Tweener sauce, which I thought was a great balance of spicy and buttery but not too hot! The wings were definitely some of the best I've had in a long time! The best in Michigan? Maybe! I ordered at the bar and had my food to go in about three minutes so the service was fantastic! The wings also came loaded with sauce so no complaints there. Took my daughter here on a Thursday 9/12/2024 for a daddy/daughter date night. It was absolutely terrible. The waitress.was the only good thing we experienced. I had called earlier in the day and asked, "will you guys have the Thursday night football gane on as we are big Miami Dolphin supporters. The person's response was, yes well have it playing. To top it off, the time for the gane comes, nope, not on their tvs. I get some lame excuse that they were switching from direct TV to Comcast or something like that. Either way, not our problem. Skip extra celery, I ordered an extra 4 and thats what I got. 4 total. Not 2 then 4 extra for a total of 6. Kind of petty but worth mentioning. The boneless wings the breading was falling off the chicken. The manager said we cook ever wing fresh because we cant keep up in a 1/2 occupied restaurant. We recently took my father there for dinner and his order was quite messed up, we've had a few issues with this particular server who started there a couple of months ago. Then there was even more confusion and the assistant manager proceeded to argue with us rather than acknowledge our disappointment with the service. My father also ordered beer cheese pretzels after the initial mess up and we were all nearly done with the food by the time they arrived. I've sent a letter to the owner and never received a response. Quantity seems to be the focus of this restaurant, they don't seem to care much about keeping regular customers. (Back to 3 stars) UPDATE: They responded to a letter and sent gift certificates. So that's good on their end. We're still a little worried to go back though. read more

Have you ever thought it would be really awesome to place an order and have all aspects of your order incorrect when you pick it up? Wings Etc. provides that experience in spades. On three separate occasions I have ordered online and picked up at their location, and in all three cases every single part of my order was wrong in some sort of way. In this most recent case I bought two things: 1) Pretzel Dippers 2) Wings When I ordered, I opted to just have them put the sauce on the wings. So I have one food that is to be dipped and one that isn't. What did I get? 1) Pretzel Sticks 2) Wing Dippers (With the wrong sauce) No cheese which I had actually paid extra for. Wrong sauce for my wings (one I don't enjoy in the least). So what am I left with? Plain cheese sauce and plain wings. Normally I check my order when picking up, but the way they tie up the bags before giving them to you pretty much ensures that you need to wait until you get home; the knots won't come out because of how the plastic gets stretched and thus you either tear it open and hope it doesn't fall out while you're walking out or walking back in from your car, or you wait until you get home and hope to God that they got the order right... which they won't. Now I could be wrong on this, but when you are paying that much for a meal, you expect things to be correct. We even arrived after that estimated time, so they had more time than they told us they would need for our order to be done, and they still couldn't get it right. I'm pretty much done with it, and if you're looking for a good ordering experience, I would recommend going elsewhere. read more
