The staff is great, the facility is nice, their mobile app makes it so you almost never have to go to a branch. Small town banks will always be more "personable" than big city banks because there's less people to remember and many of the same people have been going to that one and only location their entire life. With that being said I think the SLP bank is great. The people here are friendly. I don't need my banker to be my friend because I don't go to the bank to make small talk. They are fast and efficient here and the hours are great. I can actually go to the bank after work and have it still be open. Thanks bremer SLP!

My first account was in Willmar where I grew up and for the past 17 years in the Metro area. Every branch I have gone to has had a staff of people that have exhibited tremendous customer service. There are at least a couple of tellers I would call friends over the years. I own three businesses and do all my banking through Bremer for that reason. I must say, however, the service at the Bremer in St.Louis Park is beyond dreadful. The tellers are NEVER friendly, in fact every time I come in or go through the drive-thru it's as if I have ruined their day by asking them to do something as simple as a deposit. I'm guessing it all comes down to the management, as they do the hiring. Here's an idea, maybe stop recruiting your employees from the DMV. Actually, to be honest, I've probably had better service at the government center.
