My transaction was simple and was asked if depositing or cash. I hadn't sent a deposit slip in..and answered "cash". I asked for a specific bill. When I received the money, it was not correct so I sent it back and 3xplained again what I wanted. The other teller took care of it and sent it back and said not a word. No have a nice day or anything. Fromt line employees like this turn people off. We have several accounts here and I was pleasant in my manner.
