The past few times I've gone to access my box it has been a long wait, ballpark 30-40 minutes (for a two min service to retrieve documents). Today I was told I need an appointment as they only have one banker and it may take hours until they are free. I was unable to make an appointment while there, so I attempted to call. No luck. So I go through the app, and after poking around for a while was able to find an appointment...for daaaays later. Definitely like having ATM's without a fee all over the TC Metro in Holiday Stations and elsewhere. Minus one star for the charge on mailing the paper statement fee. Fine, I'll get along without.
