I called and left a message for bank president to call me back on this matter to explain to me why they never reported my payments for 3 years and of course no response over two weeks have gone by now. Thing is, this branch also has to call the regular customer line and wait and ...wait ...and ...wait like we all normally do when we call from home. Fortunately that's rare. Locally however, they are always friendly and willing to do what they can to answer a question when warranted.
