I was assisting my father with getting his address changed, getting a copy of a statement he had not received & renewing a CD that had matured that day. The teller said we had to make an appointment with a banker to renew the CD & that the soonest appointment was in an hour & 10 minutes. We decided to take that appointment & wait in the lobby. The lobby has exactly 2 chairs, so it's SRO for most of the people waiting to see a banker. (Thankfully a woman gave up her chair for my Dad.) The bankers' office walls that face the lobby are floor to ceiling glass, such that it is easy to see what is going on in each office. In one of the offices a woman sat at her desk intently scrolling her phone. In another, 2 women were chatting, obviously not about business because we could easily hear them from where we were. After we waited an hour and 20 minutes, my Dad's frustration led him to return to the teller to complain. Only then did anyone else pay attention to him & tell him he could see a banker now. My Dad pulled his money from his Blaze accounts & closed them due to how he felt he was treated. If you are looking for a credit union for your banking, I'd suggest you avoid Blaze.

I was helping my Mom apply for a credit card and she's recovering from a stroke. As soon as we were walking up a worker came to hold the door for my Mom. We were greeted and helped right away. The bank is very clean with private rooms. Those rooms are also very good with sound proofing. It keeps things private so personal data is not heard by neighboring rooms. I'll definitely be using this Chase location for any in person assistance! We'll definitely be back?

I was really specific about what I needed, a statement showing balance as of today. "It must include today" The girl trying to help me seemed new so she asked her supervisor for help. Supervisor kinda came by but didn't really help. Both were clearly trying to hit all the buttons for good customer service and relationship building. It made me uncomfortable. Did you just read dale carnige? Well I left and drove another hour to drop off the paperwork and guess what! They gave me a copy of my statement from last month which obviously doesn't include today. Now I have rush hour traffic so about 3 hours to drive home all for nothing! Thanks for wasting my time and gas and giving me a headache and delaying really important paperwork! Great customer service. So I called the bank, there is no option for any after hours service at all. How about they fix that if they want to provide customer service. But at the very least, don't provide a disservice. My day is crap because I bank at chase.

You can go live with a teller on video but I'm a little old fashioned and would rather have the teller there in person. The video units also double as an ATM so that is a plus. My complaint that the PTMs are kinda close together & I wouldn't want someone to listen to my conversation with the teller. There are live bankers to assist with loans, cashiers checks, safe deposit boxes & notary functions.

Instead of giving you all the requirements up front they will piecemeal information requests maybe every 2 hours for the next 3 days. We have been with the bank since it was US federal. In the past I would go in for a Auto loan and before I signed a piece of paper the money was transferred to my checking account. Maybe you don't do that with new customers but we have been banking with this credit union for close to 20yrs and no missed payment. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere.

However, they recently decided to cut the rate substantially. 1.98%. I called them and they said if I read the fine print they can cut the rate at their discretion. It's not because market rates moved down. And they didn't simply cut the program, because they still offer the same program. But only for new accounts. Clearly a bait and switch practice. I'm sure they are doing this to all their customers. Very deceptive business practice. Very sad that you cannot trust anybody anymore!!! I asked the AGs office to investigate....

US Bank in Maple Grove Minnesota is okay…read more I use this location to pick up cash (yes, cash is still king in my world) and the drive through is on the inside lane next to the building. I've not been there yet when there isn't a line because it is ATM (cash machine) and banking window. I don't mind waiting in line, just be aware. Also leave some room between you and the car ahead of you, some bigger vehicles can't make the turn and will need to jockey back and forth to get the correct radius... I'll continue to pick up money here and I'm happy my bank has a partnership with other banks so I don't have to pay to get my own money.
