Back in 2017, I purchased one of their 960-DLX blast cabinets, including an upgrade to their commercial 180-DC dust collector, and a number of other smaller accessories. This was quite an investment, thousands of dollars, but the ordering process could not have been smoother. Despite having the blast cabinet arrived damaged (due entirely to the negligence of the freight company, 'Roadrunner Transportation', who drove a forklift into the crate), TP Tools went above and beyond to make it right. Not only did they arrange for a speedy replacement, but they also ensured that said replacement was not shipped with the same company (they work with several freight lines). The second cabinet arrived quickly and was flawless (see pics) and since then we have been absolutely thrilled with the unit. The blast cabinet functions flawlessly, especially when paired with the upgraded dust collector I mentioned. It does exactly what it claims to do, and works many times better than the bargain basement equipment we had been using before. Fit and finish on every inch of these things is top notch, with the level of build quality that puts cheap Chinese imports to shame. Once you've owned and operated one, you immediately come to understand the distinction, and that Made in USA is worth the premium over the import garbage that everyone else is peddling. Last but not least, I specifically want to call out my appreciation for Jim at TP Tools, who has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and is a true asset to the company. I am first to admit that I am not always an easy customer to deal with, especially when a very expensive product arrives damaged, but Jim always maintained an even keel and a solution focused attitude in every interaction I had with him. His level of professionalism, and ability to resolve the situation so deftly, is the reason I continue to do business with TP tools and why I just made another big purchase in the last few days. I will happily use this company in the future and highly recommend not just their fantastic products but also their outstanding customer service.

Not only did the staff try three different brands to get me back on the road during a rainshower...they actually installed them in the parking low for free. Above and beyond. Large off street parking lot. Big metal trash cans for you to dump your old parts in, too. They have staffers who know where each item is, and if they don't have an item in stock, they call right then and try to get it sent to the store same day. To top it off, their parts delivery vehicles wear NAPA baseball caps. Not sure why I have always liked that, but I do. Not all parts places are the same. Go to NAPA and know you're getting solid service and quality parts.

My wife went to Van's on her regular mechanic's recommendation for a wheel alignment. They told her…read morean alignment would be pointless, that her car needed roughly $4,000 in repairs, and that it was unsafe to drive. Frightened, she authorized the minimum they said was necessary to make it safe. She was charged approximately $1,600 for rear brakes and rotors. When she contacted her regular mechanic, he disputed the need for that work, explaining that those components had been replaced just ten months earlier. After she posted a negative review, manager Dennis asked her to come in. He told her his district manager had seen the review and instructed him to "fix this." During that conversation, Dennis reviewed her bill, acknowledged that she had been overcharged for labor, and offered to refund the overcharge and provide a free alignment. My wife understandably declined to let them work on her car again. Dennis then offered to reimburse her for an alignment elsewhere. The promised reimbursement has not arrived. Van's public response to her review suggests that their conversation restored her confidence in the business. It did not. They acknowledged overbilling her, promised reimbursement, and failed to follow through. We have no confidence in this business and will not return. Before authorizing expensive repairs here--especially repairs presented as urgently necessary for your safety--get an independent second opinion.
