One arrived within a few days and I merely stopped in and the car was fixed within 15-30 minutes. I was so impressed and can't say enough wonderful things about this family owned and operated shop. The results were better than I'd even hoped: residues of various kinds buffed off the exterior, all stickers removed from windows as requested, interior absolutely spotless with vinyl and leather reconditioned. Mine is a 14 year-old car that not been detailed in 5 years and it looks almost brand new! The only (minor) issues: *Floor mats were very wet and needed two full days to dry *Communication with main service dept very poor- when car was returned to me, I was told to pay at the detail shop. When I drove back to detail shop, was told I needed to pay at dealership down the road or pay over phone with cc. A minor inconvenience, but one that could have easily been avoided. *Website does clearly state that headlight restoration is a separate fee. I will definitely be recommending this detailing service. Would not help when I asked simple questions or gave attitude when I ask if I could get clarification on an issue. Multiple times she said she would do something then never did. When asked to contact another dealership to get information on am issue she said she would not do it. We'd already decided on the car after driving one much closer to home, but we had trouble getting a response from the salesperson who'd helped us with the test drive, so after a couple of attempts we gave up and moved on. When we connected with Keegan at LaRiche, we were able to quickly put together a compelling deal quickly and easily via email/phone, and then we simply dropped in, signed, and drove the car home. They had my car for 7 weeks.The bumper was painted so poorly that I asked Jim to correct the issues and he said"the only way to do it correctly is to strip the bumper of all the paint" So I guess a half a## job it the default for his shop. They removed the windshield and cut the antenna wire. Then put it back it back in the car. Guess what the radio didn't work after that. So they said they would fix it as it was there fault. They then BROKE the windshield and told me they will not pay for it. So after 7 weeks of all of this and one promise after another. I just told them Im picking up the car. He pushed it outside in the weather with nothing over the open windshield, and put all the trim parts on the leather seats.He also put the rest of the parts on the sidewalk. I now have a rip in the seat, a unpainted bumper, and a broken windshield. On a car worth $130,000. I was told by him to F-off and take my car. I asked him to please pay for the windshield. The owner stated he ordered 5 mirrors and none of them worked. He then had to order a new one, as the others were refurbished. This last one worked. About this situation, very poor service to fix a vehicle that should have, at most undergone repair in 3 days instead of 3 weeks. Also, I had the vehicle checked out fully by a certified mechanic before dropping it off for repair and nothing on the vehicle was wrong other than the body damage involved in the driver side front panel, running board, and mirror. Then instantly upon pick up the power steering was inoperable after the "repairs". The owner wanted another $281 on top of the insurance deductible to fix this issue. He stated "normal wear and tear" and not a part of the accident so will not cover the power steering pump replacement. I believe there are unethical practices at this business. Please beware.

I decided to go to the office to fill out an application so I walked in to see a fat old lady sitting there mean mugging me. I asked her if I could apply for the position that was on craigslist and she told me she didn't know they were even hiring but handed me an application anyways. I asked her if I could use a pen and she looked at me with disgust and started ranting about how I should have a pen and how most places would throw my application away as soon as I walked out the door. She continued to spew words out of her disgusting mouth. It wasn't until she started ranting about "you kids nowadays come in here totally unprepared" when I finally let my anger get the best of me and told the lady that I was a veteran and I fought for this country, gave her a few choice words and started walking out the door. I turned around to see the old witch flipping me off. I highly recommend everyone steer clear from this place at all costs. This company is completely unprofessional right when you walk in the door so I don't see how anyone could trust their vehicle to these clowns.
