My SRX was hit by a steel belted tire on I-75, south of Findlay. I didn't know it at the time but as I was driving my moon roof shattered into many small pieces which were laying on top of my headliner. I was panicked on the side of the road while talking to my insurance carrier. My local Cadillac dealer put me into contact with Lariche Cadillac since I was driving from Cincinnati to Findlay for the weekend. Chad Phillips in the service department was absolutely exceptional in his talking me down and staying on the phone with me while I drove my limping vehicle, on back roads, to get to your dealership. This was my first visit to Findlay so was unfamiliar with roads and ran into a couple of road blocks on the way but Chad got me to dealership before they closed on Friday afternoon. I was told by my insurance company to use a rental car agency but because of the late afternoon time of my incident they were unable to assist me. Chad came to my rescue again by having a rental car ready to go for me as soon as I arrived at the dealership. This was such a relief as otherwise I really don't know what I would have done. I couldn't drive my car but had meetings I needed to attend in Findlay. Jim and Kelly in the body shop were also excellent to deal with. Their communication was exceptional - even when dealing with issues resulting from receiving multiple broken replacement parts in order to fix my SRX. My SRX was returned to me detailed and cleaned like it was literally brand new. That was a most excellent surprise and very appreciated! This was, by far, the best service and quality work I have ever received from a dealership and I cannot say enough nice things about Chad, Kelly and Jim. They each went above and beyond to help me during a most traumatic experience and something I won't soon forget. In fact when next looking for a car my first stop will be Lariche and just wish Findlay wasn't such a long drive from Cincinnati for service or body work!
