No call or message as to why the appointment was missed. Ended up canceling at 7:00pm long after the appointment time. Will not be attempting to use them in the future. They have a $39 fee for an appointment (between 8-5) or $59 for a 2 hr window (8-10). They called about 45-60 min before they arrived and their office sent a text with a picture and short bio of the technician. Technician showed up during the window promised (9ish), troubleshot the problem thoroughly explained issues, showed me options and installed new hot water heater pretty quickly.
