Really a labyrinth but it is easier to say maze! Cut into turf, it is a single path in an approximately 14 metre circle. Probable only medieval it is said to be based on the legend of Theseus and the Minotaur. Worth a visit if you are in picturesque Rutland. read more

Intresting place to stop if your in the area. Its not a particularly big maze or very complicated, but there arent many about now. Children seem to enjoy and it is something different for them to see, but the entertainment values soon fades. read more
