I have never had a problem with Activity World. They do have a maximum height limit of 1.55m but that is taller than Big Sky's limit. The play centre is always clean - so much cleaner than a lot of other places, entry price is only £3.95 which i consider very reasonable for a visit with no time restrictions - perhaps some people dont like paying that much for their kids entertainment and I would then question why? The facilities are fantastic with a huge structure with loads of play equipment such as the spider web, demon drop slide, dizzy donut, ballponds, swings, mini gym and loads more for children to spend hours having fun - mine do everytime! I have a memberhip now for £22 which allows me to visit everyday for one month - fantastic value and i take full advantage of it. The seating area is large and comfortable and is kept as clean as possible but people can be slobbish - no fault of the staff who work hard to keep it under control. The cafe offers snacks, drinks and some meals which are reasonablly priced - I've been to other places who have been much more expensive i.e. the cinema!!The staff are very friendly and helpful each time I visit, so I really cant imagine why Zaphod1 would be so rude about them - I assume they could only be an awkward customer with a grudge!
My experience has always been good and my kids absolutely love the place so please dont be put off by other peoples comments - they are just rude and very critical - its the kids that count and my kids give it the thumbs up - thats the most important thing to me. read more
