I stood at the counter waiting while she was focused on texting on her phone and did not acknowledge me for an extended period. When she finally spoke, she simply asked, "Are you ordering?" and then continued looking at her phone throughout the interaction. Her attitude came across as rude and uninterested in helping customers. The restaurant itself was also not clean. The drink station was dirty, the cola machine appeared unclean, and the floors were sticky throughout the dining area. While there were several employees working, there seemed to be a lack of teamwork and professionalism. At one point, an employee was loudly yelling "Give me a second!" across the restaurant to another team member, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for customers. Overall, the combination of poor customer service, employee distractions, and cleanliness issues made for a very negative experience. Rather than toss them in sauce they coat them in a rub: Original, Fire, or Blazin. Blazin is a bit on the hot side for me but okay if tried separately. The rubs are so tasty you don't even need the sauces, but they are flavorful as well. My favorites so far are the spicy bleu cheese and the spicy garlic. I thought the sweet chili lime was a bit too watery and didn't love the cilantro lime ranch but I really haven't gone wrong yet. I wish I could go more often but Big Kahuna is on the pricier side as far as wings go, though the drum wings have a good amount of meat.

Address: 126 Lovell Rd, Farragut, TN 37934 Food: 6/5 My go-to meal is the 3-piece Chicken Tenders with French Fries and Baked Beans, with an added Chicken Breast. Gus's chicken is the best fried chicken I have ever had. It's perfectly cooked with an incredible crunch on the outside, while staying moist and juicy on the inside. The spices are absolutely delicious! I've been here over 15 times, and the consistency has always been amazing every single visit. The baked beans are also the best I've ever had. The French fries are seasoned perfectly with a great crunch while still having a fluffy texture inside. ‍Service: 6/5 The service at Gus's is top tier. Every server treats each table like they're the most important customers in the building. Special shoutout to Daisy -- the last few times I've visited, she has been my server, and she remembers me every time. She even knows my order by heart now! She is genuinely one of the nicest and best servers I've ever had at any restaurant. Atmosphere: 5/5 I absolutely love the vibes at Gus's. I always feel right at home whenever I walk in. The design and menu perfectly match the restaurant's personality, and the place is always clean with plenty of comfortable seating. Value: 5/5 The prices and portions are both an A+ for me. The chicken here is definitely good, maybe smaller in size compared to what I'm used too - regardless, flavor and crispiness is basically the same. What I found odd was that the menu was drastically smaller than the ones I've been to in Miami, which would offer other Korean staples like tteokbokki and fish cakes as additional side options. Maybe the Knoxville food scene just doesn't justify carrying those other options. I feel like this locations business is primarily takeout and delivery based since there was basically no other customers inside the physically restaurant dining in.
