The ingredients are always fresh, like the name implies! You're not getting Subway style tomatoes and lettuce here, if you know what I mean. I've tried their pre-made drinks as well (Mighty Detox (green one))... this truly tastes like you're eating healthy. My family ate here twice, once via room service and once dining in here. For room service we ordered seafood chowder for each of us and a plate of wings. The seafood chowder strangely came with a piece of lemon inside the soup. It was perfectly fine without it in my opinion. The honey garlic wings were fine, nothing special. Not really large in terms of the size. For dine in I had a seafood chowder again, which did not include a piece of lemon. It was just as good as the first one. I also had the pan fried cod, which for $25 was honestly great value. Not the best I had this trip, but it did its job. Service was slow here, which seemed to have been the theme for Rural Newfoundland. It took nearly 3 hours from arriving at the restaurant to when we left. The food is quite passable here, so I'll let it be.
