Start off the customer service was top tier and amazing as the staff accommodated every customers request with a smile. I was even greeted what it appeared to be the owner who shook my hand and introduced himself, which I thought was very respectful and polite. However, I ordered a 12 piece (6 lemon pepper and 6 buffalo) for 22.50 which is super reasonable and a great deal in this economy. Especially when the meal comes with fries and a drink as well. So today I came in and ordered my meal at 12:19, and there were only 2 people ahead in me of me in line restaurant and 2 people waiting. I went around lunch time so after I ordered my food it progressively gotten a bit busier but not by much. As I waited I noticed people who came in after me and who ordered more got their food before me. I didn't end up getting my food till 1:02 which is about a 45 minute wait which killed my mood. The chicken wings were greatly seasoned and had a very good taste but they were small and had what it looked like chicken feathers in them still so I had to pluck them out before eating each wing which was unappealing to me. The fries were great and the ranch was top tier in my opinion, but the wing quality was not there. However, when we were walking in, he was cleaning the tables!! I hate I am soo bad with names but he told us where to order and told us to have a seat and he would be right over. We ordered, we sat down and he told us about when he opened the restaurant 7 months ago. As we were waiting to order we noticed all the signatures on the wall which was amazing. This place is delicious!!! The vibe had me all smiles. They offer online ordering and you can call it in too. If ya plan on getting their whole wings (I highly recommend), order ahead or come to one of their game nights- they have a card game and a domino night, can't remember the exact details, easily looked up- (20-25 min wait time). I ordered chicken tenders with hot honey and more with Garlic Dill Parmesan. They were crispy and flavorful. The fries were good but I wish they were a little crispier. They took a shit loaf of DoorDash orders and make the walk in customers wait until all the orders are completed and no one was even picking up. Most Importantly, THE WINGS WERE HORRIBLE, the frying grease was DIRTY, wings had no seasoning at all. I order two 10pc. Lemon pepper and Louisiana rub, and the seasoning was so light, you couldn't taste it!!!!! ALSO, they gave my 2 flats out of 20 wings!!!!! I had a container of 18 damn drumsticks!!! We did a large group order. When I called it in I told the lady it was all separate orders. She said she wasn't able to do that and put it all on 1 tap but the owner would fix it . He couldn't fix it and seemed annoyed that he had too even though I began the order with "this is all separate." I also ended up paying more. The original receipt said 134.39 however I was charge 139.09 at the counter. He suggested online ordering to avoid the confusion of "splitting the bill" but it's unavailable on their site. The lady at the counter was friendly and patient. However 7 orders all different no labels to tell which combo was which. This place is just up the street from me and I'm glad it is! We had the regular wings, fries and a soda ( they have 3 kinds of kool aid!). The wings were good sized, big and juicy. We had garlic Parmesan sauce. So good. The fries are unique. You need to come to check them out. We also brought a piece of caramel cake home. I can't wait to dig into that. The people there are so friendly and helpful. It's just a nice place to be. There are a couple of tables and chairs so you can eat in if you like. I ordered a combo of catfish and shrimp, which included fries and hush puppies. It was my mistake not to ask to have the fish fried hard and for that reason, I liked the fish, but didn't like the texture. For some reason I almost feel like it was red snapper and not catfish. Either way, the fish was seasoned well. The shrimp and hush puppies were decent and I have no complaints. The fries were cut to almost look like potato chips and there was only a handful on the plate. I didn't care for the cut or the amount given. I don't know if the container was a lunch or dinner box, but it was smaller than any to go box from any establishment that I've eaten from. The portions of food for the amount $24, were small except for the shrimp. I ordered over the phone and asked for a soda in addition to my meal and it wasn't placed in my bag or in close proximity of it, so I didn't get it at all. For me to be a repeat customer, I would like for them to offer more of the sides if they're going to go with smaller sizes of fish. Also when taking an order over the phone, give the customer the amount of the order at that time and make sure they receive everything they ordered.
