Wing Hing open rain or shine... Or blizzard!!
    Meagan C.

Most times Ive been here, the food isn't the best and its greasy and makes me feel yucky after I eat it.. I have tried the boneless spare ribs a bunch of times and they're pretty bad but that's all I usually want when I get Chinese food.. The staff is nice there though and the food is NOT 100% absolutely gross. It's just not really good either.. (I've had other things besides the boneless spare ribs I just can't recall what right now) As far as cleanliness goes, the dining area is not very clean and looks super dated and just plain dirty!.. The person who wrote the last review talked about it just being a little worn but still clean.. Well, that was 3 or 4 years ago and that's not the case anymore. Also, they're usually always open, rain or shine! The workers must live near by because they are even open during blizzards or during most holidays. So I'd consider Wing Hing to be very reliable!! So two stars for the food not being absolutely 100% gross, for the staff being friendly, and for them being open all of the time.

This is our "Go To" for chineese food delivery. Got them on speed dial. Tasty food. Fastest delivery service.. Not that expensive. If you become a regular. They sometimes give you extra sides. Recommend the house special "Coconut Chicken " a bit on the sweet side.

Ordered ahead for pickupm food was hot and ready when picked up. Ordered vegetarian fried rice, lobster fried rice, ung pao chicken, and a couple egg rolls. Food was decent and tasted like any takeout chinese place nothing special. The food is oily and doesn't taste very fresh or healthy, but it's tasty-ish and satisfies that "late night chinese take out that doesn't taste that great and might regret later" craving that we all get once in a while haha. Suprised to see as many lobster pieces in the fried rice and egg rolls were made well. Will return because of how close it is to school and decent prices. They will deliver with a $2 charge through grubhub

Yummy coconut chicken, my all time favorite from here

Seriously love this place. That is why I was surprised by other reviews... We have actually never dined in but always order delivery. I have personally never had a complaint on the food or the delivery time. They also do take credit card over phone for payment. My serious all time favorite is their coconut chicken combination plate! I've tried all the fried rice mixtures but their lobster one and my fav is the pork fried rice. So when in need of Chinese and don't feel like driving I highly recommend to call them up! First time writing a review but we have ordered for over 2 years! Nice delivery drivers and tasty food with just the right amount. I give them 4 stars only for the fact that I never like their egg roll. I take a bite every time but it just has too much wrap and not enough filing. And I didn't care for their hot and sour soup. So I always stick with the coconut chicken!

Very mediocre food. Don't be fooled by their grubbub rating. This is your typical Asian American food. Not authentic by any means

Amazing! Great authentic Chinese food! (Szechuan cuisine)…read more The owners are super nice if you eat in, but I usually get it door dashed over. Portions are large and the food is well cooked and fresh! I usually get the chengdu chicken, the beef with fresh hot veggies and the egg plant with garlic. Usually whatever is on the Szechuan cuisine list is my go to lol! Definitely a great addition to Middletown! Go try it out! Won't be disappointed!

Definitely I will. So the warm Dan Dan noodles were good, well spiced, but not overwhelming and noodles themselves were chewy. Sizzling shrimp, first huge jumbo shrimp so very generous on portions, plus cooked just right and bathe completely in the sauce, plenty of diced onions and peppers and mildly spicy over all. Chicken in chili oil was my favorite, I mean a whole cut chicken fit in that container, both white and dark meat, was tender and moist, plus the chili oil was just right spicy level without being assertive. This place I find special considering it's more of authentic Chinese cuisine rather than the typical Americanized version, that alone is a big draw for this place.

Will say the dining room is beautiful and spacious. Had to get someone attention to order in, kind of weird but it was fast enough. So when The guy was showing me the menu, was cool of him to make suggestions since first time for me, he did jokingly say the end part of menu is popular since the Americanized Chinese food, I laughed and am like nah am here for the traditional, he give his suggestions in the traditional menu of what's popular, but I settled on beef ribs, white rice, pork dumplings and strawberry boba slush. For the drink, it was very refreshing and just the right amount of sweet, though I wish it had strawberry boba over the tapioca pearls. The pork dumplings were piping hot and very fresh, plenty of filling inside and not greasy. The dipping sauce was tangy and very vinegary forward, definitely a flavor trip. The beef ribs, were so melt in your mouth tender and flavorful, I really like gravy type sauce it was bathed in and really great ladled on the rice. Do wish I had more ribs though, since definitely the part of the meal, plus the plate it comes on, sells the meal. I did really appreciate how kind the people were here and very friendly as well.

The chicken and broccoli is delicious! Hubby enjoyed his Hunan beef and egg roll! The lo mein was very good, lots of veggies and cooked well. The dumplings are good but the sauce they come with was a tad greasy and spicy- different from what I'm used to. Please be prepared- it's a cash only establishment but they have an ATM. The employees are very nice and they made sure to ask me if additional sauces were needed. Their prices I felt were reasonable and seem a bit lower than most Chinese restaurants in the area. I'll definitely be back to try more of their menu!

They got some potstickers from the store and didn't even cook them properly and sold them as dumplings. They have absolutely no flavor, even the sauce didn't help because the sauce isn't made how it should be either. If they are going to make this kind of change at least tell customers when they order the item because to go from the homemade dumplings with the thick dough to this is a bit disrespectful to customers who order the same items. Wings were good as usually but wtf is this!!!! Change them back!!!
