He started by reviewing our business plan, going over with us how best to classify our business (i.e. LLC, sole proprietor, S-Corp, etc.) what we need to look for when setting up our books, offering us training for Quickbooks and a bunch of other services. They never told me their service fees and then popped $1000 bill on the table when I went to pick them up! They had terrible customer service and very rude to me as if they were doing me a favor. Now I have to start all over again with reputable accountants that know what they're doing.
