There isn't a huge selection but you can find some good gems here. I found a great rose, and they have a really wide selection of Italian wines moreso than anything else, and even a few decent ones from Greece. The staff is friendly and always makes helpful suggestions. I'd still make the trip to Brooklyn or the city to buy wine, but for something quick, this is one of the better options. They do sell Trump wines which I've never seen in any other wine store in NY and makes me wonder a lot about the neighborhood.

I recently bought myself a pint of whiskey and it came out to $9.98. The guy wouldn't take my card because their minimum is $10.00. I polite asked the guy to charge me the extra 2 pennies! He didn't want to do it. He kept insisting I buy a shot or something else. Again this is after years! I'm no new face to them but they still wanna be inconsiderate. Plus they always took my card even for $5.00! That's not what got me to my breaking point. After I decided not to get the bottle, the guy behind me paid with his debit card for $7.89!!!!! The cash register woman refused a return or exchange because of a "NY state Liquor Law" which she claimed prohibited return of items that left the store. She did not know the actual name of this law nor could she provide evidence. When I checked the NYS website for alcohol licensing it clearly states that unopened items that left the premises can be returned at the discretion of the store. I pointed out to the cash register woman that there were no signs posted stating their return policy however she still refused. She stated that she was the manager and when I asked for her ID she refused to show it. She even physically tried to stop me from taking a picture of her liquor license which was framed on the wall.
