I think at some point everyone can agree that there is that frustration when you want an ice cold beverage to enjoy at home, after a long day or whatever--and you have to navigate the annoying jug handles to just swing on by your local liquor store only to find--- they don't have whatever it is you want. But so far, Spirits Unlimited has always had the beverages of choice for this gal. I have been here a lot more than I "check in", because I wouldn't want to give anyone the wrong impression LOL I have always had polite service and if I can't find something they point it out right quick. I wish they carried the Torani flavored syrups, I have yet to find a store around here that does. Prices are reasonable and they have some good sales on wines, so check it out. I would happily give them 5 stars but the aisles and such inside are so hard to walk thorough I mean its tight, so it makes it hard if you are "shopping" for more than what you can carry in your arms.

Pennsylvania didn't carry them, so I drove out to this location specifically because they had them in stock. I placed my order through the app, and it was ready quickly. Once I got there, I decided to purchase even more bottles because they actually had plenty available. When you order on the app they bring it out to the car. The young lady who first helped me when I walked in (I didn't catch her name) was very friendly and engaging. When I picked up my orders, Brianna assisted me and she was also very pleasant and helpful. D'Elman was helpful as well. This is a very large, well stocked store, but what makes shopping easier in a place this size is how knowledgeable and helpful the staff usually are throughout the store. I was able to purchase all the bottles I wanted without any issue. Unfortunately, my checkout experience kind of ruined the ending for me. After my bottles were boxed up, I placed them back into my cart and moved the cart slightly away from the register area while preparing to pay. The cashier, Leslie, then said, "you have to pay for those," in a way that felt very accusatory almost like she thought I was about to walk out with a cart full of liquor. Considering I had over 30 bottles sitting there in plain sight at checkout, I found the comment unnecessary and honestly a little offensive. That interaction definitely left a bad final impression because your last point of contact matters. Leslie could've approached that differently. Overall though, the store itself was excellent, very well stocked, and the majority of the staff were friendly and professional. I would absolutely drive back here again for the selection alone. I love how they have tasting stations throughout. The store was bright and clean. Great music too!

During the summer time I was super happy that they carried the "Not Your Fathers Root Beer and Vanilla Creme Ale" which are DELICIOUS. So many other places run out of stock but not Farmingdale Liquor- plenty of stock. Stop in and check it out.

I go there for the beer because they used to have a good selection of Belgian ales, and beers from other countries. Lots of empty shelves where I was hoping to find Irish or English product. I found lots of local beers but many had dates of when they were canned, way back into 2019. Many four and six packs had dust on them. (I am hoping it is due to the virus.)

The price competes well with the market, I know of a particular wine brand I want to try here. The cashier was fast and friendly. Everybody at the stands was friendly and patient. I live a couple towns away but do expect to stop in again.
