I dunno who trains these dummies, obviously noone or maybe another dummy. But I plan to take my business elsewhere and so should you, somewhere where I am treated with some kindness and respect. Have you ever been to Chick-fil-A? You will get better treatment at a drive-thru than this place. No need to put up with some grouchy, rude, unfriendly, rotten angry girls who are clearly in the wrong line of work! Put these dummies in the back stockroom and keep them away from customers! I get better treatment at a Texas gas station, in the middle of nowhere... called Buc-ee's! Benchmark them in customer service.

Greeting me as soon as I walked in, I accidentally told her I was looking for whiskey; she brought me to the whiskey. Then I came to my senses and remembered I needed vodka--she took me to the vodka. Yes, it sounds uncanny, but hear me out. Our garage refrigerator went out, compromising hundreds of dollars worth of food for my family. Luckily it was still under warranty, but we'd need to stuff all of our food in large coolers for nearly a week until the manufacturer sent someone over. We went to Spring Liquor, right down the street from our home, because of their prices on bags of ice; my dad had gone there the night before. My goddaughter and I needed nine bags for the night. As we strategized how we'd muscle nine bags of ice out of there, trying to avoid two trips, the owner gave us empty boxes to carry them in, while giving us an extra set of hands for what ended up being three boxes--each of us carrying one. Maybe it's because of the many questionable experiences I've had with other businesses in the area, but this tiny deed had a lasting impact on me, and just for that, I will continue doing business there.
