She continued complaining about her. I can definitely handle if they told me she wasn't ready for their class but she was just nasty and cruel! I've never seen an adult have so much animosity and frustration towards a CHILD. It was very concerning. We will not be going back. If she was that mean to my kid while I was present I hate to think of how they treat children during class when parents aren't around since they are not allowed to be present after the first class.

Based on previous reviews I can see that every parent has different expectations and some kids don't react to good coaching and directness but I think very highly of the instructor my child has had and if anything I would choose to have the kids pushed more out of their comfort zone. They use the MyKidzDay App so I can (obsessively) log in to see when and how much he's eaten/ slept/ any activities he's done each day. One time I peeked in through the camera and saw his teacher had all the teeny tiny newborn babies in a semi circle, all sitting in their little chairs and and was reading to them ! I had to call the director, Heather Shaw, and ask why they were not checking on my child. he ate once. not because my son didn't want to eat. but that's all they fed him. he came home with deep bloody scratch and hoarse from crying for extended amounts of time. never ever send or reccomend this place. they are now ignoring me and what happened to my child. I'm not the only one this happened too.
