From beginning to end…read more.. The thought of simultaneously selling and buying a house before obtaining my real estate agent was overwhelming. I am grateful that Aisha made this process easier. Aisha went above and beyond what was expected to help me find exactly what I needed. She showed me properties that met our standards and satisfied our wants and needs. She gave me advice for selling our home, assisted with staging it, and covered everything necessary to lead to its success. I highly recommend this real estate agent to anyone looking for an experienced, reliable, and knowledgeable professional. I was delighted with her services throughout the entire process of selling and buying my home. She provided me with beneficial advice and guidance every step of the way and ensured that I understood all aspects involved in purchasing a property. She was highly accommodating regarding scheduling viewings and making herself available on short notice when necessary. Thank you so much for your help in finding our dream home! You have been patient and kind throughout the process, and I appreciate it! Your expertise and understanding have made this a smooth transaction, even in the face of difficulties. We couldn't be happier with our new home, and we thank you for making it possible!

The service was super quick and top notch. Michelle and her staff were right on for every question and concern along the way. They made this process easier for me than I anticipated. The only reason I can't give five stars is because toward the end of the process everything prior to closing was very rushed. Final numbers were delivered until the day of closing. This concerned me since I had questions throughout about property tax and fees. Everything ended up working out very well but those last few moments were enough to stress me out. I would recommend them for the future. Due to Covid I never actually visited the office. And never met anyone in person. I know phone calls happened all times of the day and even when some of the staff were out of the office on vacation days.

We initially went to them in November 2020 to see what we needed to buy, and after working with us on our credit we were ready to buy in February and closed in less than a month. It couldn't have been easier than with DML - they took care of everything. Even when a couple issues came up on our end they made sure our dreams of homeownership weren't crushed. Next time we buy it will be with this awesome team! * I will add - I had a LOT of questions and sometimes would call multiple times a day. Their LO was more than happy to answer any question and if she didn't have an immediate answer (she's very knowledgeable) she would go to Michelle immediately so that I always left the call feeling confident. Thanks for all your hard work, Direct Mortgage Loans!
