Service was a normal basic. By basic I would think vacuum truck and at least wipe down my front console as part of basic service. Sadly disappointed. The value does not meet service by all means. $43 for basic plus $5 tip. Almost $50 for a hand washed car. Doesn't seem reasonable... but I did it and unfortunately not going back. read more

my husband just came home from getting my car washed. barely loils like it has been washed. Many stains still there you can see it. He came home and I started wiping multiple spots that were not even touched. Then I noticed that there were three burn marks on the floor Mat and the seat protector for my daughters car seat. I called them and they immediately started fighting back and saying that no way it happened from them and being disrespectful. The way the manager was talking shows this isnt the first time. Just a warning because now my luxury car has burn stains from this trash of a car wash. I have added pictures. Please explain to me how there are marks under my babies carseat. read more

They are over priced. The work they do is horrible. I should've looked inside my car before I gave a tip. The inside was not cleaned at all just wiped down. DONT COME HERE! Where do I start...car wash was average at best. Overcharged. The worse part... no one working was wearing a mask. These people are in/out of our cars, talking on their cells phones while cleaning our cars, sneezing/coughing in our cars without masks. I will never come here again. read more

First time coming to this place and WOW do I regret it! $28 dollar platinum car wash which is reasonable but the quality of the wash is POOR! I just had my Land Rover buffed and waxed about 3 weeks ago it was looking like glass.. but after this visit, my truck was full of swirls. They used shitty towels to dry it! Did a piss poor job left spots all over it. I would definitely not recommend this place if u have a high end car. I'm gonna have shell out more money now to make it right again! read more

I've been coming here for a few years now. Most times they acknowledge you and give you an estimate of time it will take. Today I sat for 15 minutes with several workers staring at me and not coming by me. They were smoking, eating, and working. Very disappointed. I even called while being the only car in line and they stated they weren't busy. I said there is a car waiting and was told ok. I might try again but it will be a while. Ok so I tried again today 4/20/18Waited in line for well over 20 minutes and this man yells at me and says get behind these other cars so I ask which ones ones and continues to says the white truck. Well there is 3 white trucks. So again I say which one. He is beyond rude and puts three cars ahead of me so I leave. I thought the last time might have been a one off but it was not. So unfortunately we will not be back again. Need to find somewhere that wants my business. read more

Been here twice. Reasonably priced, compared to the south suburbs where I live. I like that only two people work on a car at a time. Car is super shiny and windows looks flawless when I leave. I came in with A LOT of big smudges on my front, and I did not see one spot when they were done. I like that the workers wear sweat pants or athletic shorts, gives me a piece of mind that no chances of scratches on my car from jeans. Service is around 10 ish minutes but they really make sure they get every spot! Definitely would come here again, especially since my usual spot near 71st and Harlem is now closed. read more

I brought my Suv and Sedan here from a cross-country drive from California to Chicago. Mind you, my car was super dirty from 2000 miles of driving. My bumper was completely covered with dead bugs. The interior was a mess as well. After they cleaned the vehicle I was completely satisfied. They were fast and had attention to detail. Have been going their for about 4 weeks now with my 2015 black Chevy tahoe. they had been doing a great job until one day when they forgot to put back my paasager front weather tek matt, I did not noticed it was missing until the next day I went back to ask them about it and the manager in charge said he will let the owner know about it to see what they can do to replace my floor matt,when I went back again to see what the owner had to say and the owner said that their is Notting they can do about it so now I am out, a missing weather tek Matt that I am going to have to buy do to their negligence.. Didn't say when they open or anything. Definitely lost a repeat customer since I live in the area. I've been coming to this car wash for many years now and I don't know if it's under new ownership but they need to do a much better job. I told the gentleman at the door I wanted the gold car wash which was $20 but he offered the platinum wash which is $25 and told me that the early bird special made it only $21 so I agreed, I mean that's a really good deal. The young guy was prompt and thorough in carrying out the interior/exterior cleaning of my vehicle and was nearly finished washing it when I decided to step up to the counter and pay for the wash. Prior to paying I noticed a flyer that said there was a 15% discount for Police,Fire, and EMS members so I inquired if that applied to the early bird special. The guy at the register said he wasn't sure so he went go find out. I'm not sure if there was a problem with communication but I could barely understand the guy and he tells me no then says "that will be $23". I said $23? Why did your guy tell me $21 because it's an early bird special. He says "no early bird specials are only on Tuesday and Thursday". He goes to check with his guy and then confirms that he told me $21 but he didn't know that the early bird special is only 2 days out of the week. The guy at the register comes back and tells me that the kid that was washing my car is new there and didn't know that the special didn't apply on a Friday. This guy then proceeded to charge me $23 for the car wash! Wait, your guy messed up not me but yet you still charged me the difference. WTF? Is this any way to run a business? It isn't even about the $2 it's about the principle of the matter, meaning that if the business screwed up you don't penalize the customer. I wasn't even mad at the kid, he actually did a really good job with his partner of cleaning up my car and yes I did tip him. He apologized for the misunderstanding and I told him not to worry. The guy behind the counter didn't even apologize which really pissed me off. I can't say that I'll be coming back any time soon and that's a real shame because these guy usually do a good job. I guess this business is willing to lose a long time customer over something stupid and that's just fine with me. read more

Best place around to get a wash that doesn't damage your car. Inside and out cleaning is superb with a low cost $22 for an SUV. Wait time could be long but it's worth it. For cold weather the indoor is heated with couches to wait and watch. Manager also inspected my car before it left the cleaning area. Rdcently though i've gone a few times and they are always closed sometimes at noon sometimes at 2 rhough if you look up the hours of operstion its posted as 9:00 am-5:30 pm. Today i went. Back at 215 they jad cones blocming the entrance 2 workers washing some cars and they looked at me laughed and yellex out closes come.back tomorrow. I asked them how that is when tjey're hours are posted till 530 pm and theycjust kept laughing and dsid come back tomorro. What makes it worse is the owners a neighborhood guy and id want to support pepple from the neighborhood but with emplpyees talking to me like its funny that they posted the wrong hours i wont go back and at the moment i'm at Fuller's whixh is a chain but at least they are open and give a damn. I guess the owner is more concerned about his desd dive bar connected to the carwash then he is his origonal business.
