The folks at Windward Jump and Slide don't nickle and dime you. Other co. kept charging me for this and that. At WJandR the price on the site is the price on the site. Our delivery guy was cool. Julie was personable and professional. I will definitely use this company again.

Jason is a one man team who works hard to make thinga happen for your party. We got a bouncer rented the week of our party. It was clean and the grandkids loved it. He was on time and allowed us to have a later pick allowing my grandbabies to have more time. Price is also reasonable compared to other places. Thank you again!

Jason is a flake. He Talks a good story over the phone however, Just as he has done to other people, he canceled on me 3 days before my event claiming he has a family emergency and he's in the mainland. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt but what I should have done was pay closer attention to the other reviews about him canceling prior to the event. He also took my $50 downpayment that I'm waiting to get back. BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM! read more

Do NOT rent from this Windward Jump and Slide. I booked a 5 in 1 combo bouncer from this company and they no showed. I received an email confirming my reservation, as well as a confirmation email the week of my event stating that someone would call me for a delivery time. No one called. Thus, i called the phone # on the website, Jason answered. He confirmed my reservation and said he'd call me back with a delivery time. He never called back, so i called again. Again, he answered and said the same thing. I called again, and he said he wasn't feel well, but assured me that he would be there the next morning because he "would never let the kids down". He asked me to text him my availability and he'd call me first thing in the morning to let me know what time he'd be at my home. I never heard from him, so I called again. Jason answered and said that he was in the hospital, and unfortunately he would have to cancel. After talking to other people on the windward side, I have found out that he has done this to other people as well. He uses the same story, that he is sick and in the hospital. Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Jason is a fraud! read more

This business deserves 5 stars! They were inexpensive, flexible, and all around amazing. The service was outstanding and the girls really really enjoyed the bouncer. We went with a bouncer/water slide combo. They arrived early and even with a few minor setbacks (our gate was a bit skinny to get the bouncer through to the back yard), they had us hooked up and trained in minutes. Our party was during the thunderstorms on the 24th of March. So, when they came back to get the bouncer it was a mud sliding paradise in the back gate area. Not so much as one complaint from them about having to get dirty or trek through the yard and tight gate to leave. Such awesome local professionals!!! Thank you for making our party a smashing success! We will always endeavor to use only you folks for our party needs. read more

We ordered the 5 in 1 Jump and Slide for my 2 year old grandson's birthday. Due to Covid restrictions, we only had 4 little kiddos, all cousins, and they sure had the time of their lives jumping and sliding all day. Jason from Windward Jump and slide is an awesome guy! These guys are great! Jason brought us a superb bouncy house yesterday for our daughters 3rd birthday party. He was on time and the set up was quick and with a smile. The house was clean and worked well all day. Ok, I admit it. I was in there too and it was a blast! All in all a great company. Awesome! It was a last minute plan and they came thru 100%. Baby 1st Birthday and it was a blast. Their price was reasonable and service was quick. We couldn't have been happier with the bouncy house we rented. I have rented bouncy houses twice a year for my kids for the past 4 years with other vendors, and I will never go back to any of them after my experience with Windward Bounce. The bouncy house was immaculately clean and in perfect condition. The service was great and professional and I liked that they cleaned the bouncy house down after the day right then and there. I left a cell phone in another vendor's Bhouse a couple of years ago. After calling them to check for it, they said they would call me when they found it. Needless to say they never called back about it and who knows if they even cleaned the thing. Windward Bounce takes the cake! read more

And so, I decided on throwing my baby's party at Bishop Museum's great lawn. With that said, I needed to find a tent company that could supply tables, chairs, and lighting for that amount of guests. Hawaii Tents & Events happened to be the best option especially for the price paid. Other tent companies I researched would have charged easily over $5,000 (without tax) and one company even quoted me close to $10,000. With Hawaii Tents & Events, I did pay a little under $5,000. But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. The tents, tables and chairs weren't in the best condition but they weren't bad looking either. I did knock off a star because my communication with Tracey (Director of Sales & Marketing), though not the worst, was also not the greatest. Over the phone, she seemed really nice. It was just, at times, it was hard to get a hold of her. I didn't get responses as quick as I would have liked, especially when it came down to figuring out the layout of everything. A lot of my other vendors were dependent on the final layout and some decisions throughout my party planning had to be held off longer than I would have wanted. The mediocre communication, however, would not keep me from booking with them in the future. Their prices really cannot be beat!

So I had booked a water slide for my sons party four weeks in advance with another company. This "company" called me the night before the party at 8pm and told me the water slide was broken, and they didn't have anything else. I was frantically calling around trying to find something. Jason from Windward Jump and Slide not only answered his phone at 830pm on a Saturday night, but was able to call me back within an hour to confirm, take payment and provide me with a delivery time. We got the 5 in 1 modular wet and it was a hit. The kids had so much fun, even more than they would have on just a big water slide. We are so thankful that he was able to accommodate us at literally the last minute. This is true customer service. Thank you again Jason! Oh. My. Gosh! The kids had so much fun with the combo jumper. We had kids of all ages and it was big enough for them all. I loved everything about it. The jumper was cleaned before anyone got in it and after we were all done. I was so amazed. I've never seen anyone else do this. Other jumpers that I've rented have always been dirty and had really bad stains on them. You don't have to worry about germs when it comes to Windward Jump and Slide. I decided to go with windward Jump and Slide after shopping around online because of the reviews. I was worried that my son's birthday party was going to be rained out, but they assured that their bounce house can be wet. Some kids jumped and slipped, but that added more fun for them. I requested from 12:00pm to 6:00pm rental, but they came 11:30am and picked up 7:30pm. My older kids got to jump after the younger ones finished.
