Literally the only business in Kailua that called me back was Trevor from TD Services, and not only was he warm and personable, he was helpful and caring. I was set up with his business partner Derek, who was likewise very professional, friendly, and awesome, and he came over the very day and time I needed him at the last minute to get this job done. He was thorough, and the house looked like new after just a short time at work. His prices were reasonable, and I was thrilled to find out that he has a range of services he and Trevor offer, which is such a relief because I know how to fix just about nothing. I will definitely be booking them again for my handyman and repair work around the house, and enthusiastically recommend them to the Windward side for help at anyone's home or business.

I have worked with many handyman services and to be honest, most of them are good but not great. They do a decent job and sometimes they can't finish the job and then what? I have to finish it myself or hire someone else. Most of them don't return calls. You would be amazed how many don't return calls. I mean simple communication goes a long way. I didn't find Hideki, my wife did. I tried the usual Yelp searches and called a few. I filled out request forms and then never got a call back. One of them insisted that all I needed was a tool. Despite knowing the tool wouldn't work, I bought it anyway and of course the tool didn't work. In the meantime, my wife was talking to Hideki. He was a good communicator and he agreed to come by. I told him the job would be tough but he did it and he did GREAT. Now that I let you guys know about him, I hope he doesn't get so busy that he will be unavailable. But I have found the great handyman that we always knew existed but was so hard to find.
