We wanted a relaxed atmosphere, but still something nice. Ted provided all of the serving equipment needed so we did not have to worry about renting anything ourselves. He also worked very well with the staff at the zoo which made it so we did not have to worry about much on the day of our event. When I called a week later from a different phone I was told he would call back in an hour which he never did and did not answer my voicemail or second email. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to use this caterer to find alternative catering as over door's customer service and professionalism is far below expectations and just obsolete. They charged an 18% service fee as well as for the plates - had no problem cashing our check and ignoring us hoping that we would just drop the issue and move on.
