It's disappointing. The customer service desk was supposed to be open at 1030 according to the sign. An employee stood with their back turned to the two of us standing in line at 1038 and when I asked what time they believed it would open she snapped that it wasn't open yet and walked away. That wasn't what I asked. She could have acknowledged that two people were standing there and she could have answered our question that the person was late, or that they were going to have to keep it closed for longer due to something unforeseen. It wasn't too busy inside the store but maybe it had been before I entered. Though this isn't the first time this week that I attempted to use the customer service counter and it was closed unexpectedly. Disappointing!

We wanted a relaxed atmosphere, but still something nice. Ted provided all of the serving equipment needed so we did not have to worry about renting anything ourselves. He also worked very well with the staff at the zoo which made it so we did not have to worry about much on the day of our event. Ted also served as the bar tender for our party and was great at describing our wine selection to our guests. We would definitely recommend the Oven Door for anyone with catering needs!

The lead caterer was very apologetic and hurried to fix the problem. We understood the issue but had to cancel the cake cutting, the bouquet toss and the pried through the dried out beef that had sat under the heat lamp too long. The owner never emailed us offering an apology nor did he return any emails. When I finally got ahold of him over the phone he hastily told me he would call back but never did. When I called a week later from a different phone I was told he would call back in an hour which he never did and did not answer my voicemail or second email. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to use this caterer to find alternative catering as over door's customer service and professionalism is far below expectations and just obsolete. They charged an 18% service fee as well as for the plates - had no problem cashing our check and ignoring us hoping that we would just drop the issue and move on.

It looked so good and just happened to be right next to where we were staying - Jasper hotel. My favorite part is their crust. I love that it's crisp, thin yet holds up really well. I like the woodfire Smokey char too. For the table we ordered the apple sausage and Hawaiian. The favorite was the Hawaiian. The Apple sausage was good, I liked it but coworker didn't care for the apples we were told this was the pizza Guy Fieri ordered. Service was wonderful- fast, efficient, friendly and informative. I would recommend giving this place a try if you're in the area. It's not that expensive either! Esp since we come from SoCal where something like this would cost about $30 vs the $18. Oh yes we also got the bread place and Mediterranean meatballs. I loved the flat bread most. Meatballs had great flavor but the rice inside was undercooked.
