They reached out to me, before they were going to close shop for the day, and wanted to make sure of my order because I had the wrong delivery date and they could still get it delivered in time for Mother's Day. They took the time to verify and even though I goofed, they wanted to make sure they were delivered!! They go Above and Beyond! The person who contacted me was extremely apologetic, offered a substitution, and refunded my order, even though I didn't really think that the substitution was a very big deal.
