I use them because I live out of state and I have family in the Fargo area. For Mother's Day this year I ordered my sweet mother in law flowers and had a greeting to go with it BUT I put the wrong delivery date. They reached out to me, before they were going to close shop for the day, and wanted to make sure of my order because I had the wrong delivery date and they could still get it delivered in time for Mother's Day. They took the time to verify and even though I goofed, they wanted to make sure they were delivered!! They go Above and Beyond! I will never use anyone other than Dalbol when I'm ordering flowers in Fargo!! My mother in law got her flowers and loves them!! With employees that great you when you enter and ask if there's anything specific you're looking for, you know that they care about their customers and what they need. Most of the time I've just said that I'm looking for a lose set of flowers and they direct me to what they've got available that day and let me go. Which is fine...I'll pick out what I want and bring it up to the counter. They wrap them up nicely and with much care. They also have a nice selection of potted plants to purchase as well. Colorful, decorative, and all types of styles are there to pick from. All of their flowers are absolutely beautiful and high quality...they last a long time once you get them home and you'll be happy you went with them. Let's face it, you can get nice flowers at the grocery store now-a-days; but the true quality is at the florist and the florist you want to go to is Country Greenery!

My wife and I went through Shotwell for our wedding bouquets and had an amazing experience…read moredesigning and speaking with the florist, until I picked up our bouquets on the morning of wedding day. They were the wrong color and we ended up having to take them apart and replace the maroon flowers with faux orange that we originally asked for and put them back together ourselves. We were quite upset as this put a huge wrench in our big day as the flowers were an important piece for us and we trusted them with recreating our vision (and spent quite a lot of money). I would not recommend to people looking for a specific vision but their flowers are beautiful if you aren't particular. After addressing the issue, we were told that the flowers can be shipped a bit different of color than what was ordered but I feel that should have been communicated before we found out the problem on the day of our wedding and had to fix it ourselves with no accountability or apology.

Today, I told the cashier I'm forced to do this. I was told go to the phone store and by a card for more memory. Really! Spend even more money that people don't have. So basically you're company doesn't think of elderly, people with disabilities. It just isn't right that we can't save the same as them.
