They reached out to me, before they were going to close shop for the day, and wanted to make sure of my order because I had the wrong delivery date and they could still get it delivered in time for Mother's Day. They took the time to verify and even though I goofed, they wanted to make sure they were delivered!! They go Above and Beyond! They don't take into consideration for the people that don't have plenty of space, or can't use mobile data, or someone that doesn't have a phone or understand how to use it.
