I use them because I live out of state and I have family in the Fargo area. For Mother's Day this year I ordered my sweet mother in law flowers and had a greeting to go with it BUT I put the wrong delivery date. They reached out to me, before they were going to close shop for the day, and wanted to make sure of my order because I had the wrong delivery date and they could still get it delivered in time for Mother's Day. They took the time to verify and even though I goofed, they wanted to make sure they were delivered!! They go Above and Beyond! I will never use anyone other than Dalbol when I'm ordering flowers in Fargo!! My mother in law got her flowers and loves them!! For instance, today they had 12 pk coke on sale 3 for 5.00, and everyone else has to pay 7.00 dollars. They don't take into consideration for the people that don't have plenty of space, or can't use mobile data, or someone that doesn't have a phone or understand how to use it. Today, I told the cashier I'm forced to do this. I was told go to the phone store and by a card for more memory. Really! Spend even more money that people don't have. So basically you're company doesn't think of elderly, people with disabilities. It just isn't right that we can't save the same as them.
