They do have a drop bin now for prepaid packages so you don't have to wait in line any longer to just drop off prepaid packages. The ladies that work here are very nice. I have however had a mishap with one of the ladies where she insisted that she could stack up all of my prepaid packages on the scale all at once and weigh them together. You definitely can't do this - I ended up going back and forth with customer service due to this to get the charges corrected. All of the other ladies have been awesome. The parking lot here is very small and tight. Be prepared to park on the street and walk a little bit to avoid the nearby street parking spots that are metered.

December 17th at 3:11pm i got a text from the postal carrier that my package was in my mailbox, at 3:21pm i checked my mailbox but no package. After making a claim, i got a call December 19th stating that they couldn't locate my package and would issue a refund. Last year I had a important mail coming, email showed it was scanned and out for delivery but it never showed up in my mailbox, that was a check. Either on the phone or in person every postal worker i contacted about each situation were very unapologetic and some down right rude..So i guess from now on I'll have to pay for different shipping i hope, but USPS this is unacceptable

These Men & Women work hard, but are very unappreciated. This is my home post office, and no I do not frequent this location, because I normally use the post office close to my place of employment, which is Elkridge. While there is no way I would want to trade places with these Employees, because I'm much too old, they do not get any respect. As I mentioned before, on a previous review, they are "Civil Service Employees", Not "Customer Service Employees". They get no bonuses, no praise or recognition from their Superiors or other similar types of incentives. Yes they do make a decent salary, & have excellent benefits, but that's about it. So let's all take a deep breath, and extend a little more consideration. Personally I think they're easy targets. We need to send some of these same complaints to those overpaid Politicians ! Park in front for store area or on the lot over from Popeye's. This store gets a lot of action and is not that large, so it may be best to come as soon as it opens or when it is about to close to avoid the long Amazon return line, especially if you are there for other services. All in all, a convenient location for me to return my Amazon purchases and obtain UPS shipping services.
