I've been to some cool places like Atlanta, Montreal, Halifax, Anaheim, Reno, Calgary, Quebec City, etc. Its a three day affair that ends with a Banquet and Ball. In 2015 I became a national officer, and one of our traditions is that officers wear a white dinner jacket at the Annual Banquet and Ball. So years ago I bought a white dinner jacket from K&G. But over the years, some things have changed. First of all, K&G has moved to this current location, and second of all, I'm now down about 50 pounds from where I was when I first donned that white jacket. So now you you know the backstory of why I returned to K&G to buy a somewhat better fitting white jacket today. I found a beauty! It was more of a white tux jacket with black lapels, and man oh man was it sharp looking. I really wanted it but it had a tiny smudge on the left lapel and although it was close to my size, it wasn't exactly my size. Now this is where K&G's fantastic customer service swung into action. Valerie heard my dilemma and said there were no jackets in the style and size I wanted, but she walked us up front, called their Orange store, confirmed they had EXACTLY what I wanted, and arranged for them to hold it for me. We were there an hour later and bought it. I did buy a white vest in Manchester, and one of the cool things about K&G is if you text a code to them you'll get some sort of a discount. So we did that at both locations and saved $5 on the vest and $10 on the coat. After the discounts, the vest cost $29.99 and that sharp looking coat Joe Jackson sang about cost $89.99 (pre-tax). I could not have been more pleased with today's K&G experience.

I never had red suits before, so it was so awesome to make a bold color choice and really stick out. The red blazer I wore on two TV appearances I did this December. (NBC and CBS) It looked so good and festive on camera! I could not be happier with it. These were two of the best purchases that I have made in awhile and I also got texted a coupon for 25% off my entire purchase. I saved more than $80! My daughter has struggled with sensory issues her entire life that make certain situations challenging. After finding the perfect dress she was so excited to try it on and show her friends. We struggled in the dressing room because I couldn't figure out how to help her get it on and she ended up stuck at one point. Long story short when we finally got the dress on I couldn't figure out how to lace the back and reached out to the associate for guidance. She flat out refused to help stating "No I don't want to go in there". My daughter was brought to tears and of course the 3 girls refused to buy the dresses they all wanted out of principal. It pains me that in 2026 this is how people treat others with disabilities.

She had me trying on more dresses than I could have imagined, and each one felt more aligned with my vision than the last. I never felt rushed... we actually found the one with about 30 minutes still left in my appointment. I also really appreciated how mindful they were of my budget. Not only did they stay within it, but they were intentional about keeping me under budget to allow room for alterations which was incredibly thoughtful. One thing I really appreciated was how respectful and kind my consultant was during try ons. She would turn around while I was changing until I felt comfortable or needed assistance. The owner also came in to take my measurements, which made me feel even more comfortable and taken care of. You can really tell how much they value their brides. They even offered complimentary water, which was such a thoughtful touch for my group. Overall, the entire experience felt calm, supportive, and genuinely special. This is such a peaceful environment to find your dress. I felt heard and beautiful throughout. I would HIGHLY recommend this salon to any bride looking for a truly exceptional experience!

They do not have a three way mirror in the gown section? Why not? I think that most people want to see their gown from all angles. No sales, no returns, no fair. There were many gowns that I did not see. When I asked about them, I was told that they were for prom. I wasn't shopping for prom, but there may have been a dress that I liked. I did make a purchase, my choice. But I have to let you know , I regret it and cannot return it. As always"Buyer beware".

Linden mostly specializes in formal wear and accessories. You can rent or purchase from them. However, if you choose to purchase make your selection wisely as they don't accept returns. I can't comment on how the rental process works, as I haven't used this service. They sell many earrings, some are more unique then others, I've purchased a pair about a year ago, they still look just as good. The store is very tiny, but is styled really tastefully, having any more then three customers at once is already a crowd. They do have a fitting room, which is so important since all sales are final. If you're looking to support a small business while looking for a formal dress Linden might satisfy your needs.

They had the Morilee line for the Trunk Sale and I found the perfect gown and said "Yes to the dress", between my besties and the owner Kirsten & salesgirl Becky they were helpful and fun. I would strongly caution anyone considering Stitch on Main for wedding attire or alterations…read more Our experience involved significant and repeated errors across both suits and dresses, along with extremely unprofessional behavior leading up to the wedding. Suit Issues: * All 9 rental suits arrived in the wrong sizes due to incorrect measurements taken by the shop. Several groomsmen recognized the measurements were off at the time, which is why I proactively provided correct sizes in advance, yet the suits still came in wrong. * Both fathers' purchased suits were also incorrect (pants several sizes too large, vest too small). * The groom's suit had to be purchased elsewhere days before the wedding after multiple failed reorders. * Most notably, one groomsman was given the wrong suit color entirely (the groom's color), which was only discovered on the wedding day. This is clearly visible in photos and should have been caught prior to pickup. * Groomsmen had to make multiple trips to the shop due to ongoing errors and limited business hours. Dress & Alteration Issues: * My bustle failed within an hour, forcing me to hold my dress for the remainder of the night. As shown in photos, I had to physically hold the gown to keep it off the ground, which made dancing and moving around uncomfortable and even left marks on my arm the next day. * The cups in my gown were not fully sewn, and a strap was sewn on twisted. * A visible tag showed through my dress, which I had to cut out myself on the wedding day after it was dismissed by the owner during my final fitting. * My maid of honor's dress was altered so poorly it was unwearable. * Additional bridesmaid issues included incorrect hemming, poor fit adjustments, and repeated zipper failures. Customer Experience: * When I came for final pickup, I was met with aggressive and confrontational behavior, including raised voices and items being slammed, bringing me to tears just days before my wedding. * Despite clear errors, I was told I would be charged for reorders caused by their mistakes. * After the wedding, the shop refused accountability, declined refunds, and instead contacted a groomsman directly rather than addressing the impact on us as the couple. As a group, we spent over $3,000, and the experience was stressful, disorganized, and far below what should be expected for a wedding vendor. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of ownership, professionalism, and resolution is what makes this experience especially disappointing. I hope this feedback is helpful for both the business and future couples planning their wedding.
