Shaun Barr told me and my neighbors that his company was bonded and insured when I interviewed him, but if anything went wrong, his insurance would pay for it. While Shaun Barr of Early Morning Landscapes employee was cutting down a tree when a large limb fell, causing damage to the side of the garage. The before photos showed no hole on the side of the garage, while the after photos did show a hole in the side of the garage. Despite promising to fix the damage since September of 2022, it has yet to be completed. They are trying to scam me. I will take them to small claims court.

The only "problem" is our lawn grows and grows and I am mowing 2-3 times per week. They always notify me in advance when they will be doing a treatment service so I can ensure the lawn is mature and the technician can observe any regrowth of weeds. In addition to their weed control and fertilization program, we decided to do an aeration and overseeding program, especially with areas of the lawn that were scorched by the drought and southern sun. Doug was our technician today and upon returning home I did a complete inspection of the lawn. As a landscaper with 15 years experience I was truly impressed with the service Doug provided. Areas that were thick with dormant thatch were double aerated and seeded. Areas that were bare from lack of water received the same treatment. Corners of the yard (particularly hard to aerate) were all covered. I was impressed by Doug's level of service. He even finished the site by blowing any excess seed from concrete surfaces back into lawn areas and made sure the muddy tire tracks were cleaned from these surfaces. It is little things like this that the average homeowner might not noticed, but as a professional I was impressed to see. There are other companies in the area that someone can go to for lawn maintenance, maybe their services might have better costing. With Keyman you get what you pay for, they are simply the best and wouldn't recommend anyone else.

While my right turn cannot be accomplished as two other lanes of traffic were not stopped the driver continued to lay on their horn in hopes of moving my car by magic. Then after I back up to try and accommodate them they drive over a curb and began yelling through their rolled down window how I am not 'making smart choices' and 'can't I see he has a plow.' When I attempted to retrieve your business name or number from the side of the vehicle they drove faster through the parking lot and even shifted into reverse with engine noise signaling an intention to drive backwards into me.
