I have been in the market for a Rolex for over a year and a half and I've had no luck whatsoever. Granted there is a shortage and every jeweler you go to have is going to have a waitlist. I stopped by Windsor Jewelers in SouthPark and yes it was the same issue. The sales associate took the time to explain in better detail what was happening with Rolexes and offered me different options but I declined. I did get out in their waiting list so I'll see what happens and update when necessary. Overall, the customer service was great and the selection of watches and fine piece jewelry was nice. I'm a huge watch collector. However, places such as Windsor ruin it. I can barely tolerate waiting more than 2 years for a Rolex op41. Still don't have it, and with how my partner was treated today I'd rather burn 7k in a fire pit than purchase it from them. When my partner calls me upset about how she was treated trying to get the seiko Pepsi for my upcoming birthday I'm sick of this place. Avoid this business at all costs! I took my near-perfect diamond engagement ring here for a simple repair, clearly specifying that I did not want it reset. Despite my repeated instructions, they reset the ring and now it's ruined because the original setting wasn't documented as it was custom. To make matters worse, they're charging me for the damage they caused. My ring is now unrecognizable and unwearable. I'll have to sell it and go without an engagement ring. Sherry has been very helpful and upfront with the entire process in attaining a special piece from her. Her communication would be 6 stars if I could give that and her responsiveness has never disappointed. My Victorinox watch's Swiss movement was moving only every four seconds, but still keeping correct time. This is an indication one or both of the batteries is low on power and should be replaced. Windsor says they replaced the batteries, but the watch does not work at all now. I didn't know battery replacement could be so difficult. read more

Stopped in to Windsor Jewelers at Phillips Place in South Park to replace a watch battery, and I had the pleasure to meet with Mr. Steve Glazer. He let me try on different rings, he sized my ring finger, and we talked about antique watches. He was informative, friendly and a joy to talk with about jewelry. He discussed with me how I might repair two antique timepieces and options to get them working again. It's nice to know someone who will take the time, the care, and the interest in a customer, besides just trying to make a sale. Let me start off by telling you the very first time I went to Windsor Jewelers I was not impressed and told my self I would never go back. The sales associates where snotty and rude and did not understand what I was looking for ( a watch for my husband). Well... my husband and I were shopping in the same area and he wanted to stop by... I told him I was not a fan due to my first experience. However he convinced me to give Windsor Jewelers just one more try and I am glad he did. We were greeted by a person at the front door and then give to a sales associate. Let me tell you Ulrike was very impressive with all her knowledge!!!! She was extremely knowledgeable let us take our time to look ( not over bearing), she also took the time to let my husband try on some rare watches explain the"new" process (due to covid) of what he would need to do to obtain the items of interests to him. I am so glad I gave Windsor the second chance and can not wait to build a relationship with them for future purchases to come. I had no idea that some of the better known diamond dealers around the country traffic in poor quality diamonds and use their own grading systems to try and compare their prices to the rest of the industry. Horrible customer service and not helpful. I went to get a specific piece of jewelry from Windsor since they carried the designer I wanted, but the staff was not knowledgeable at all. I asked multiple questions and he was not able to answer them with specific information just general comments. Ex. Q: "What is the millimeter of this? A: "Umm, it's about normal for that." It's a good thing I did my research before coming to this store or I would not have know anything about what I was buying. I had to special order my piece and was told I would be contacted on Monday (I was there on a Friday later afternoon) to let me know if the piece was available and how long it would take to get it. I never heard anything so on Wed I called to find out and was told "Umm, we were closed Monday so I haven't had a chance to check, but it should be OK." I asked to get a confirmation and to call me back when the item would be ready to pick up. No call back. I called again to be told the item shipped and would be there at the end of the week. When I arrived to pick the item up, another sales clerk helped me but did not believe me when I told her I had already paid for the item. I did not have the receipt with me as I was not told I would need it. I pulled up my credit card statement to show them I had paid for it and she still did not believe me. She proceed to get two other associated to help her figure out if I had paid. I told her I was leaving since I showed her the proof I paid for it and left. Horrible service. No information on product. No call back on follow up. Accused me of not paying for my item even though I showed proof of purchase. Do not waste your time here. There are way too many other jewelers that will treat you with respect and have knowledge about their product to better inform you on your purchase. read more
