Poor service after sales. I purchased a replacement garage…read moredoor in September 2025. On December 8th 2025, the rubber seal on the bottom panel caught itself in the side rail and tore completely off the door. I called for service. On December 10th the technician arrived and suggested that the failure was user error, that I had "allowed" the seal to become frozen to the ground. First, I've never heard of such a thing. Does it sound like a scam to you!? I know the price went up but a few years ago when people quote me a similar job say $300 and that's the final price. Just be aware about it before you rejecting others with quotes higher than $299. $299 seems like a good price but people use it to trick you into rejecting other honest businesses.
