The coffee was good and strong and appreciated. They were busy that and ended up taking 2-1/2 hours to finish my replacement. I got a confirmation text right away after scheduling. In addition, I got a confirmation text the day prior to the scheduled service. The timeframe given to me was 8a-12n. The morning of the service, I received a call from the technician James, informing me that I was last on his list for the day so he would likely be coming around 12 or 12:30 and asked if that was okay. I told him it was. He was very professional and polite. A little bit later in the morning he called to let me know he was delayed due to an issue with a prior installation and apologized for the inconvenience. He arrived about 1:30 and communicated his arrival. He was pleasant and professional throughout the service. They do not have a way to slide a credit card, but can manually enter the info. That was an issue for me as some of the numbers were worn off the card, so I thought I'd mention that. You can also pay online when you schedule it. The job was complete in the expected timeframe. I was instructed on care procedures as the glue/adhesive set. (Keep tape on for 24 hours, no car wash for a week, but rain is okay. Don't tint for at least a full week) Speaking of which, when I took it to get tinted, the technician was unable to place the tint as the metal between the deck panel and metal body underneath the back dash was too tight on the right side to apply the tint. This was not the case when it was first tinted, so I'm not sure what happened with that. Overall, great service. It cost me $560 dollars to replace the back windshield. There was no cost to remove the previous tint as the whole windshield was shattered and had to be replaced.

(Even with AAA, a repair would have been $45, and my insurance no longer guarantees a windshield claim won't raise premiums.) With a cash discount, Atlantic was $60. No appointment needed, and I was lucky there was only one other car there when I arrived, so he was able to start work on mine almost immediately. Two cars arrived after me, but they didn't have to wait more than 5-10 minutes since we were rotating out quickly. Repair was as expected. These repairs are never completely invisible from any company. This repair was on par with the ones I've gotten over the years from the large companies with the annoying commercials.

I had the receipt and he argued he would have to look at the windshield to see what had been done and he pointed to a random spot that was never worked on. I said it doesn't matter if it was or wasn't worked on at this point I just need it fixed. So much for their life time of the windshield warranty because it's a back and forth argument if their first service didn't work.
