Based on the glowing reviews on Yelp and Google, I asked this company to fix it, and the "repair" cracked my windshield further into a 10" crack that is still growing. Alfred is the business owner and seems honest and knowledgeable, but I cannot recommend his services based on my experience. He walked me through each step of the chip fix process, but as he was pumping the resin into my windshield and warming it with a tool, the chip suddenly caved under the pressure with a loud *crack* and created a long 10" crack extending from the original point of impact. He did everything he could to salvage the situation but the damage had been done. He tried to fill in the new crack, but his UV light was out of battery and we had to use my cigarette lighter to power it so he could cure the resin correctly. This showed a lack of professional preparedness for a simple procedure that he supposedly performs all the time. He was reasonable enough not to charge me for the "fix" but I'm hugely disappointed with the result - a long thin crack that has already grown in one day since he treated this windshield. I will likely have to replace this windshield, which was a cost I was hoping to avoid by enlisting this company's help.

I contacted several auto glass companies and found that most quotes were significantly higher than what Doctor Auto Glass offered. From the beginning, they answered all of my questions clearly. They explained the difference between OEM and aftermarket glass, confirmed the use of FYG (Fuyao) glass, included ADAS calibration, offered a calibration report, and provided a lifetime workmanship warranty. They installed a new FYG Acoustic windshield, performed the ADAS calibration in-house, and provided a calibration report showing the calibration was completed successfully. All Toyota Safety Sense features are working properly and there are no warning lights or system errors. My total cost was about $480 paid by card. The entire process was smooth, professional, and transparent from start to finish. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work, communication, and overall value.
