Other installers wouldn't even take my job, they seemed intimidated by how difficult it was. Fernando took the job though. I could tell the installation was a very difficult one, and I'm very glad Fernando was my installer. He was so calm, kind, and professional. Fernando was full of wisdom and experience. While the job took many hours longer than anticipated, due to the glass company sending an over-sized piece, Fernando did all he could to not let that affect our experience. While he likely lost money on this particular job, due to it taking longer than expected, he was determined to get me back on the road, with a quality installation... and he did just that for me. Called him up and he was available the next day to work on my rims. In about an hour working on my car, he said he was done. The final product is insane! I couldn't believe how well he did. Said they would be back in two days, they said someone would call, not one person called. the tech brought wrong window, we called them again, sent another tech out three days later, took off plastic wrap this was for rear tailgate window- Tech took about an hour and then told us he had also the wrong size, We were upset, two times- we had no other car, it was very dangerous to drive with no back window and it was raining a lot. The tech said I don't have plastic sorry. He said someone would call, no one did. We called next they said Well the 4th is coming up so we will have to do it on the 6th, guess what, no they could not or did not show up. We called again and they said it would have to wait for several more days, they would have to order it from Honda it would be 200 more dollars. Duh why did you wait for almost two weeks, we had to drive to Atlanta for important doctor visits. We told them- they did not care. Very unsafe to drive out of state with no back window so we had a cardboard box, with pouring down rain. we finally got it fixed in Atlanta but of course had to wait 3 days and then they voicemail an updated they of course had to cancel and we had to wait two more days to get it. Then after they were finished with the 2026 Honda, they lost a part. Of course, Atlanta blamed Fl. Fl never called back to replace the part. This company put us in danger and was horrible to work with. No one cared. Class Action suit should be here.
