The frustrating part is that both of these features were working perfectly before my windshield was replaced. Now I'm being told they can't fix the issue because it's "not their department," leaving me to deal with a problem that didn't exist before I brought my vehicle in. I expected the repair to restore my vehicle to the condition it was in before the windshield replacement, not create new problems with the safety systems.

Poor experience with quality of work at this place…read more Left with two error codes on check engine light that didn't previously exist and they opened up electric wire harnesses and left all the exposed wires out. Responses from management were wrong, as later verified by further analysis. They kept quoting for further work for problems that didn't exist. One of the codes they wanted $600+ more dollars to "fix" was turned out with second opinion elsewhere to be a cheap camshaft position sensor (under $30) on the exterior of the engine, a five minute fix, one bolt one wire clip. Unfortunately I can't recommend this shop. Still dealing with further damage caused by this shop.

One hour later at 9:03 P.M., a representative named Brendon gave me quotes on two lines of film. The "color stable dyed film" came with a three-year warranty; the higher quality "carbon film" came with a lifetime warranty. Brendon included their prices at the end of his message. At 9:13 P.M., I clarified that I need tint removal. Brendon replied minutes later saying that removal fees are included in the prices he quoted me. Then, he politely requested that I let him know whether I would like to schedule an appointment and thanked me. It seemed as if we were having a little misunderstanding. I provided additional clarification that I do not want to replace the tint after having it removed. Brendon apologized for the misunderstanding and gave me a new quote for just the removal. I also requested that his mobile service fee be included in the quote. I told him how far I lived from his business, and several minutes later he provided that information. I did not send another reply until May 12, 2021 at 7:10 A.M. I asked when he would be able to stop by and remove the tint. Not long after, Brendon said he could be at my home within an hour. We confirmed the appointment. Brendon arrived at my home on time and began work. Approximately 15 to 20 minutes later, he finished. There were no issues throughout the process nor during our encounter. I would hire Brendon again.
