We took our cart to them the first of July because it acted like it wasn't getting gas to keep running. Picked it up 2 weeks later when we needed it for an event. Got to our event and it wouldn't run. Took it back and they replaced the carburetor they had already replaced, plus some other items. Went to pick it up again after the mechanic said it was fixed and got smart and tried driving it first before leaving. It wouldn't run! Left it there again but apparently no one wrote up a work order for it. Went to pick it up and they didn't even know they had it because there wasn't a work order. (The owner helped us). Finally went to get it today, Oct 25th, because it's been raining and their carts are all kept outside and we want it covered. The owners grandson was in the office and apparently there was STILL no work order for our cart. He wouldn't let us speak to the mechanic so my husband just brought it home. Then the guy had the nerve to call me at home and say my husband was cranky. Of COURSE he was cranky! Throughout this whole ordeal they did not call us ONCE to say what was wrong or that it was ready to pick up. The response was "No one called you?" We are now out $1,000 and our golf cart still won't run!
