The waiting time is normally a lot longe than your actual appointment although I understand they are under pressure these days. I like my doctors office, with funny pictures and drawings from with their children or patients etc. I always find that my doctor is great at diagnosing aswell, I have never had those problems what loads of people complain about and get the same old diagnose of a virus again and again. I also like the fact that when I have needed them for emergency appointments they have been really helpful and efficient.

A week into stay with my brother, I came downstairs with an upper respiratory viral infection. I…read morewas feverish and coughing so much that had to see a doctor. My brother called his GP to see if I could get an appointment to see her. However she said as I did not have local registration, she couldn't see me, and instead referred me on to the local hospitals Urgent Care Center and so off we went here. They have excellent signage and so we found ourselves in the hospital parking lot (make sure u get a parking ticket!) and then it was easy to find the Center, once we walked towards the buildings and saw a big map (photo posted on Yelp too!) The urgent care center staff took my details down and then I waited around 20-30 mins, a nurse (along with a student- nurse) saw me, took down my temperature and then sent me out in the waiting room, where I waited another 30 mins and then was taken into the ED area, where another nurse said as I had a viral infection, so no prescription but gave me two paracetamol and then gave me a note for work and that was it. All told it took like 2 (maybe 2h30?) so I can totally sympathize with all the UK folks who complain about waiting times, as experienced it for myself! But both nurses who saw me were really nice and answered all my questions, so very impressed by the staff. Yelp 18/ 2019

I went to see Dr Bahey recently for a medical occupational health assestment…read more He was fantastic, i was very really worried about seeing him as i had never seen him before but had to talk to him about my recent suffering of post natel depression. He was so sympthatetic and really good at explaining things, and listening to me, he also gave me loads of advice. His surgery and office were really nicley decorated and also were very relaxing. He had loads of infomation leaflets etc overall for anyone that is looking for a doctor in the area, or a new doctor i would definatly reccomend dr bahey.

I found that everything was exceptional from the Consultant, the anaesthetist, the nurses on duty the person serving the food.
