I had been told that my entire slate roof needed to come down...that it couldn't be fixed...that the structure would have to be moved...ect ect ect. Mitch Hawkins came in and said, "no problem!" He was responsive to my calls and very easy to get a long with. In three days he (with his dog, Roy) fixed my entire roof, stopped the leaking, and put in some gaurds to prevent further problems.
