This was my first big girl apartment after graduation, and I LOVED it. The people who work there are EXTREMELY nice (I miss Stella so much!); they honestly deserve nothing but the best. For instance, on the day I moved in, Walmart left my futon in front of the building before I even got my keys, so Stella was kind enough to send a technician to carry it all the way up to my apartment before I received my keys later in the afternoon. Now that I'm in Texas, whenever I look for my next apartment, I often think of them.
I once had a flying ant, mailbox, and electricity issue here at Windrige, and they were able to address the situation within a week after I called or sent out an email. So, maintenance service is definitely a 10/10, considering how cheap the rent is too. They also helped me go through the pet agreement patiently (I ask a lot of questions since I get anxious or over-analytical about things), and they kindly answered all of them until I was set to go.
Price: 10/10
Service: 10/10 (It's so good that I wish I could rate it 100/10!)
Location: 10/10!
Yes, the building is old, but it's still habitable and pretty nice! Stella, if you're still there, you are amazing! read more
