The car was handed over to me as clean (or cleaner) than when I brought it in. Elisse was great, and there were 2 or 3 guys working on my car at various times, and had it completed in about 2.5 hours, including the entire roof and windshield. They only carry Xpel tint, which is one reason I went there. I got the best one (Prime) and the car looks great. Comes with a lifetime transferable warranty. The shop is very efficient and friendly. When I made the appt it was only for my car but we added my man's car at the last minute and he was able to do them both today.
