Eric was a great guy to work with and he gave my husband and me much helpful advice for picking out our new windows. Their install team was very professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently, and did a thorough cleanup afterwards. We would definitely recommend them to anyone considering new windows.

Stay away from this company at all costs…read more We had a large custom solarium window that needed to be replaced as part of a bedroom and bathroom remodel. I asked for a quote from Sunshine Sunrooms. Jerry Lackey the General Manager and Danny Ortiz the Project Manager came to my house, reviewed the project, and said they could absolutely handle the job. Jerry talked about how great their customer service was, how well they communicated, how I would be kept informed every step of the way, and how smooth the process would be. Even though Jerry was more like a used car salesman than a contractor, I decided to go with them because I thought they had expertise in this area. Unfortunately, none of what they promised from a customer service, communication, or timeliness of the process standpoint ever materialized. I was the one who had to constantly follow up for updates on the build, delivery, and installation of the product. Throughout that process, I was given misinformation about when shipments would arrive, the completeness of shipments, and when installation could occur. I was told that all parts had arrived only to find out after the fact key pieces were missing because they didn't inventory their shipments. I was told installers would start on a certain day only to be told the original installer refused to do the project. This delayed our overall remodel for weeks because this window had to be installed before the bathroom was completed. This left us trying to get by with limited bathroom facilities and sleeping areas. Throughout all of this, even though Jerry Lackey admitted he knew what was going on, he never reached out to apologize or offer to help rectify the situation. The only other time I heard from Jerry was when he called me to threaten me with legal action on my property because I asked them for some consideration in the overall fees due to the inconvenience they put my family through. Can't tell you how frustrating this company was to deal with and having Jerry Lackey threaten me was just the icing on the cake.

Late last year my Husband and I embarked on house repairs/remodeling. If you've ever had to deal…read morewith contractors, home improvement companies, they can quickly make you very anti-people. I was ready to sell our home and go live in a cave when we got to replacing our hail damaged garage door. I cannot say enough about Overhead Door Corporation and particularly Overhead Door of Fort Worth. First and most important, is the clear understanding you get from their website, including PRICING! Raise your hand everyone who had an overly aggressive salesperson who won't give you a price, or show any kind of pricing guide, and you almost have to call the police to get them out of your home? Not with Overhead Door of Fort Worth, there is a price for average sized doors on their site. So, you can at least guesstimate up front whether you can afford a door right now or not. And they will give you a free estimate. Dealing with Charles Ford, and Gary Tollett, Service Manager and the people at Overhead Door of Fort Worth was delightful. They know their business and have heard it all. We not only got a garage door, but a bunch of features we didn't even know were available in garage doors, like motion sensor light. The install was a delight. Our installer, Erisney and his partner, were friendly, polite and fast. Not only did they do a great job, but they totally cleaned up behind themselves. This is important because a screw in your tire can ruin your new garage door joy. I really can't recommend this company and their product enough. Now that our faith in mankind has been restored, we can start on the inside of the house.
